Beautiful property- amazing views!! Pool was great and sauna/stem rooms a nice feature! Rooms are very nice and comfortable - also quiet. The staff is friendly It is helpful to have a rental car as OldTown is about 20-25 minute drive away and is a good place to wander and eat/shop.

The staff were absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the restaurant staff (big shout out to Theofanis for all of his help) to the cleaners. We loved the “heated” pool and gym and as we went just before the peak season started we mostly had it to ourselves. Breakfast was really nice and had some lovely options as well. Overall such an amazing place for a week long holiday. cannot wait to go back!

This was such a gem of a hotel! The staff were so friendly. Gorgeous views, pool is amazing and the whole hotel was so clean and well thought out. Great location and easy to get to the beach. Also easy to park and secure. Came in June and so the price was outstanding. Loved it!!

Everything was perfect and in place! The hotel is located in the center of the scenic views of the west sode of the island. The staff was generous and kind, keen to answer and help to every request we had. The breakfast was rich and full with options to choose from, evening drinks by the balconies is top. On top of that, it was clean and we the decoration is modern and inviting. Great experience, probably will come back. Highly reccomanded.

Everything...Wonderful staff (Leni and Yiannis are the best and we will be back), good breakfast, very good swimming pool, outstanding view from our room (We could see the Greek mainland, Albanian mountains and dolphins playing on the Ionian sea !!!!) The island is really great but even only resting at the hotel for a day was quite peaceful and recharging.

From the moment we arrived, Christopher & Stratos made us feel so welcome. Friendly & helpful they are integral to the atmosphere of this gem of a hotel. Thank you both. Our room is romantic & perfectly appointed. Delicious & plentiful breakfast is served in the private garden courtyard, shaded by a mature avocado tree. Cocktails also served in the evening. Would be easy to stay there all night. Congratulations to Theo, the hotel’s owner for creating an ideal spot to vacation. Would return in a heartbeat.

    Right from entering the Hotel we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly taking care of our comfort and well being. There was a small pipe leakage in front of our room and they fixed it immediately and a bottle of champaign and fruit plate was waiting for us with an apologies letter.     Absolutely loved it, it was so pretty! Lots of shops and beautiful restaurants. We went on a great walking tour with Corfu Perspectives Guided Tours which I highly recommend. The people are so friendly too. Enjoyed the Corfu specialities, Kumquat ice cream was a stand out!

    Paleokastritsa comprises a number of mid to small sized "beaches" though some are no more than a few rocks or pebbles. The water, as with the rest of the island, is crystal clear and deliciously warm, ideal for snorkeling or diving. There are plenty of activities on offer though I prefer to walk about and particularly enjoyed the walk up to the Corfu Donkey Sanctuary.

    Small, place with plenty of restaurants and shops. Restaurants generally offer good value for money, with wide variety of dishes to satisfy everybody's taste. The beaches are nice and clean. The place does not offer rich night life for young people who want to go clubbing.

    Kavos is usually packed with younger tourists who prefer the busy street and bars and Disco and very vibrant night life - all are in the main street in Kavos. The Kristiana hotel is just 100m away from the busy main street, yet you feel as if you are in a private resort with lovely people and very well maintained hotel rooms

    There is something for everyone, adults & children.

    There is something for everyone, adults & children. I used to jump the local Green bus to Roda & Cassiopi, between 5/8 euros return. You can also use the blue bus into Corfu Town if you fancy large scale shopping, sitting at the port bistro and people watching, walking up to the castle..... being adventurous as you like. GO... and enjoy :D

    I liked that the bus stop was just a 5 mins walk and it made it easy to travel to other areas. Gouvia however has a nice mix of shops, taverna's and bars. Just enough for my 6 night stay. I definitely recommend Aries restaurant and Kaktus beach bar.

    Dassia is a great location to spend time in Corfu. It is close to the main attractions of the island. One downside are the beaches that are just with pebbles and have very thin shore. I would not recommend this location if you want to stay here just for the beach, but if you have a car and you can go to other beaches then it's a great location.

    Ypsos is not very nice in itself.

    Ypsos is not very nice in itself. The beach is super small and directly next to a busy road with fast driving cars. Crossing it can be dangerous. I wouldn't recommend it, given the large amount of other beautiful beaches the island has.

    There are many wonderful places to eat delicious food! Our favourite was a beachfront restaurant called Eretrico. Dolce Freddo is a gelato place that does wonderful fresh waffles and amazing ice cream. There are a good few supermarkets with prices much lower that what we have here in Ireland. There are also plenty of giftshops selling typical souvenirs as well as locally made products such as olive wood products and jewellery. The town area is mostly flat, so it is easy to walk but some of the paving stones are uneven and could present a tripping hazard. There are a few bus stops with buses connecting to Corfu Town and a few other towns. There are a lot of cars, motorbikes, quad bikes and bicycles available to hire. I would recommend using the bus to get to and from Corfu Town and consider hiring a car for exploring the local area as there are many beautiful beaches you can only reach by car. Locally, you can hire paddle boards, rent sun loungers and umbrellas at reasonable prices and arrange tours through a travel agent. It is possible to do things like boat trips, a day trip to Albania and go horse riding. Honestly, we ran out of time before we could do all the things that we wanted to do!
