We stayed in this hotel for a week, and it was the perfect place to rest and find some inner calm after hustle and bustle of everyday life. The room was spacious, hot tub - big and with astonishing view, and the opportunity to light a fireplace was a cherry on top. And what a view from the balcony we had (on photos)! "Panorama" is definitely the right name for this room, the opportunity to look at mountains whenever you like is something beyond words. The staff was really friendly, the room was cleaned everyday and overall we loved everything.

I loved the Captain's House! It's just a wonderful place to stay especially for exploring downtown Préveza. Had just been on Lefkada, so didn't do any sightseeing. Stayed one night before my flight onward, but would love to go back and explore the town a bit more. Comfortable beds and linens, everything very clean, great location. Nice breakfast. Wonderful staff. Very safe and quiet, and the AC was nice.

    Room #9 was just perfect for us. We went down town for dinner first night and second night had a superb dinner in the restaurant with a table on the outside terrace with an amazing view. The food was wonderful, the wine was great and the staff were very professional and more importantly, they were friendly. During dinner we were entertained by the music from the amphitheatre next door as the Festival of Ioannina was underway (we ventured in there after dinner - atmospheric, loved it!) Yiorjios in the breakfast room made us very welcome and was very helpful as we had some questions about directions. Breakfast cannot be faulted and anyone who would complain is just hard to please or being contrary. Ladies in reception were also lovely, professional and friendly

    the best place I've been in Greece, price-quality ratio. I had the triple room, which was huge, with a spectacular view of the beach, everything modern and beautiful. Regarding the food, I can say that the breakfast can be improved, the a la carte dinner is very diverse and the food is very tasty! you had the option to choose a starter and main course with salad. very nice staff, and the children of the owners, the ones who actually managed the business, wonderful people, very kind and altruistic. I've never met people as warm and nice as here, you really get attached to them. I will definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend this location!

    Stayed just one night but wished we had stayed longer. Beautiful walks beside the lake. Lovely island on the lake to explore with a fascinating history. Castle area also interesting and very atmospheric especially in the evening. The new town was extremely lively after dark with lots of great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended visiting.

    Igoumenitsa is an ideal starting point to visit lots of lovely areas of mainland Greece. The beaches North of the town towards Albania are lovely and the water clean. Outside Igoumenitsa going south there are lots of bays and hotels to visit and some lovely unspoilt countryside and villages. A visit to the Acheron Gorge is really worthwhile.

    Great hotel clean and has an awesome view. The breakfast is great and healthy, the food also at the restaurant is great pricy though but worth it! The room is comfortable the heating is great and the wellness center is a must to visit and book a massage. A car is a must to be able to go around as most sightseeing destinations and activity are far away.

    Ideal location for a mountain escape but the village as a location overstays its welcome after 2-3 days. If one would like to stay longer as I did you should used as a basis to visit Metsobo Ioannina Konnitsa and Kalpaki. the nature is breathtaking truly amazing especially in the winter when it shows. The road is relatively OK but needs attention especially during foggy days. The two churces in mikro and megalo pappigo are unique historic and archritectural monuments but as unfortunately closed most of the year. It is definitely a unique location for winter holidays Something like the Greek Mount Rushmore but (without the sculpted heads)

    We had rented all three apartments. There is a great yard, space for three or maybe four cars. The host Alex welcomed us. He constantly took care of us, that we lacked nothing. A very nice person with whom you can talk about anything. Whatever you need, he will deliver it to you or tell you where to find it. Will it be a shop or a beach! Whatever he says will be little and insufficient.
