Our stay at Sani Gulf was better than we expected. The hosts made us feel like home from the moment when we arrived. Our room was cleaned every day and we had a coffee machine with pods that were also refilled daily. The view and the pool are extraordinary and the houses are located in a quiet area. A car is necessary for transport to Lidl, beaches or other attractions. We had some issues with renting a car, but the hosts helped us immediately with a solution so we can get to the accommodation from the airport. Furthermore, they helped us by calling some car rental companies so we could drive as we intended to other places. Overall, everything regarding the stay was for us more than we expected.

It was pretty much what we expected from the location. The room was really nice, and the fact it was pretty much like a small apartment. We liked the pool, and the garden was clean and beautiful. The AC worked really good, and that was really nice with the weather there.

Facing the beachfront, Plagia Relax Hotel offers 1-star accommodation in Nea Plagia and features a garden, private beach area and shared lounge. We had a wonderful stay at Plagia Relax in the last week of July. The room was as in the picture. Surprising had a huge mirror and a very big tv. The beds were comfortable. The room is cleaned every day unless you opt out. Bathroom looking great with water and everything working well. Kettle, toaster, fridge was great for breakfasts and occasional other light meals. There is a washing machine available you can use at no extra cost. But the best of all is the staff in the hotel - I think they actually checked us in before 3 pm, answered all my questions which I asked before coming and once there, gave us info on the places to eat etc. There is a building between the hotel and the beach but it still felt like we were by the sea and you can see the from the balcony anyhow. Relax had a beach area dedicated to the hotel and the girls are always there to take your orders for drinks. There is a great choice of taverns right there with delicious food for lunches and dinners. The area alone the beach is buzzing in the evening - so there is entertainment of various kinds. There were also inflatables for water fun and what appeared on the weekend to be a nightclub type of places just under 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We absolutely loved Nea Plagia and Relax with its location and facilities. We will be very happy to come again, definitely recommend and wishing you more grateful customers! The first large organized beach moving from Saloniki to Halkidiki...This defines all pro- and contra. + the beach is nice: very long, pretty wide, with all infrastructure - bars, cafe, sunbeds, showerers, change roms. Very clean water, moderate depth - VERY busy village, especially on weekends, crouds of people from around Saloniki even more guests from Makedonia and Serbia, very heavu traffic all the day.

Perfect sand beaches. Good food at restaurants and lots of cocktail bars with great drinks. Renting scoters are cheap and the best and fastest way to get around in Halkidiki. Nightlife full of parties and perfect for young people.

There are some very nice restaurants like Mandala and Paris, also if you want to drink cocktails there's the castaway bar on the beach. If you need a bank finally there are 4 atm in the town!! If you don't like crowded beaches you must rent a car (very nice: chalkidiki-cars.com) to move in the South of Sithonia. Car is the best way to reach Vourvourou from Thessaloniki Airport in September.

Beautiful trip to Pefkochori, Halkidiki. Weather was fantastic during our stay, 29-31 degrees all week (mid September). Definitely hire a car and visit the beaches to go snorkelling! Food is delicious both on the seafront but also explore the Old Town. Restaurants we would recommend include Il Fungo (incredible Italian food and very reasonably priced), Baaxos for their Mousakka, and Bakalis for their seafood. We loved Kassandra Village Resort in terms of accommodation, everything is within walking distance, although we hired a car to drive to/from the airport and to some of the nicer beaches which are further away. Great selection of restaurants and bars to choose from too for younger couples.

Lovely hotel in this village...and a lovely time spent there. It makes an excellent base from which to enjoy the delights of Halkidiki. The village also has an excellent taverna just 5 min walk from the church towards the outskirts of the village and the church itself is well worth a visit for its remarkable interior.

Kriopigi has a very convenient location in the 1st peninsula of Chalkidiki. It’s right in the middle, making it close to any place of interest. Kalithea’s clubs are just 5 mins by car. There’s also the old town with “Anthoula” restaurant, one of the best quality restaurants around.

Recommend Anthoulas restaurant, really amazing food and wine, and inexpensive. Kriopigi beach is very nice and quiet. Would also recommend driving/moped to other beaches around, Xenia is fun for Sunday parties and Chanioti has a (busy) but very nice beach. If coming from Thessaloniki airport I found the bus really easy. You take a taxi from airport to KTEL Chalkidiki bus station (€15) and then catch a bus that stops in Kriopigi. It is €11, so €26 compared to the €100 in a taxi all the way. It is longer though (about 1.5-2 hrs).

It was a great experience and the right decision visiting the Halkidiki Palace hotel. Starting from the first day felt the care and warm attitude from the staff. They gave an option to choose between two rooms with balcony and sea view, breakfat was delicios and great variety. Beach was very calm and clean, 5 min walk from the hotel. Special thank to the waitress Keti and both receptions who were anytime available and ready to help and respond all our questions. Highly recommended, would visit the hotel in future again.

We had a great stay at Centrum Apartments! Ideal location; situated in the heart of Halkidiki, Centrum Apartments offers easy access to everything you need. The apartments themselves were modern, very clean, and very well-maintained. Our apartment was spacious with all the amenities you could need, and a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view of the surrounding area. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Hotel Ostria Sea Side in Chalkidiki was a gem! The beachfront location and sea views were breathtaking, and the rooms were stylish and spotless. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was a delicious highlight every morning. The pool and garden areas offered pure relaxation. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi, which could be spotty at times—but with such an amazing setting, going offline felt just right. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape!

We loved Iris hotel and we are definitely coming back. The staff is very polite, premises and pool are clean, it's in a quiet location yet 5 minutes walk to a perfectly beautiful beach (top beach in Halkidiki overall). Food in the restaurant was decent - not 3 star Michelin, but good enough to be with full tummies. Room is cleaned daily, linen changed every two days (better than other places we've stayed at).

Great location, super nice boutique hotel with proper hotel services. Right in front of a lovely beach which is serviced from the nice restaurant that has sea view and offer delicious food options.
