I recently stayed at Palm Boutique Suites, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment me and my family arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, setting the tone for the rest of the stay. The place is on a perfect location, right from the main road, on a hill and only a mile from the center of Afytos. The apartments are facing west, so you have a beautiful view of the sunset and partial view of the Thermaic Gulf. Everything is super clean, from the rooms and the pool to the yard. The housekeeping lady do daily cleaning of the rooms. There’s also a private parking area inside the property for all the guests of the apartments. And last, but not least, the host, Spyros, and his wife are super friendly and nice and always there for whatever you want. If you decide to chill at the pool, there’s a bar and Spyros is always playing music and serving drinks. I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this place surely is.

All staff was friendly and ready to help. 2 local convenience stores part of the Hotel with decent options for purchases and for some souvenirs. Room had a TV with a lot of TV stations from all around the world, including our country. Wi-Fi access was amazing in all resort and also on the beach, no user switching. Extra for us... They had the most friendly cats and kittens in the world. Fell in love with them.

    We liked everything, the hotel, the food, the staff, the price, all of was well worth the money we paid so we were very satisfied. I was especially impressed with the manager, a gentleman whom I saw every day, roaming the grounds, inspecting everything and making sure it was up to his standards which are very high indeed. I don't know how much the owners are paying their manager, but he is worth every penny and more.

    Nikiti is an ideal town for families with children, especially those aged 1–12. Everything is within walking distance. The beach and sea are perfect for kids, and the restaurants are family-friendly. There are also toy machines for children to play with. However, it might be a bit boring for young couples without kids, as there aren’t many entertainment options such as night clubs or disco bars.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

    A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

    After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

    Decent place to swim and sunbathe, although among the dirtiest I've seen in Greece. The dirt in the sand is never collected, and people vacationing here are not among the most educated, considering the very low prices. It's weird that not even private beach owners (renters?) bother to clean up the sand at their location. The city is always full of cars, and more seem to be coming every minute. I have never seen so many people driving around such a small place in so many cars. The good news is that all the streets are one way, although you'll see a lot of cars going the wrong way, so be careful, especially at the intersections. Also, there is no genuine Greek taverns in the area, only fast food restaurants. This is literally a food industry, with all restaurants craming tables one on top of another to seat as many customers as possible for the shortest amount of time possible. You can eat good food if you follow Google Maps ratings, but don't expect an authentic experience. It's just business. On the plus side, the restaurants are among the cheapest in Greece, which might explain the kind of people vacationing here and their habits (throwing garbage right next to them, never considering the bins nearby).

    Sarti is a lively tourist destination, but it can feel crowded and noisy, especially for families with young children. There are plenty of attractions for kids, such as toy stands, small rides, and rental cars designed for children, which can be fun but also create constant distractions. However, the lack of pedestrian zones and proper sidewalks makes walking around less safe and comfortable.

    Nice beaches nearby (we explore them by Paddle board but there are also 600 boats to rent for a day trip). The city beach is not blue water and seems more like a lake, but there are many other possibilities at the place.
