- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 908 reviewsThis was an incredible experience! The hotel staff was amazing! They were so kind, friendly, helpful and always with a smile! The view was incredible! The white villas with their blue windows were insane! The food was also delicious. This surpassed completely our expectations! The crystal clear blue water of the ionian was ofcourse the star of the show! Location wise was also perfect! We went all around the island, did watersports and had the time of our lives. Everything was super organized, clean and apps were so easy to use. Thank you hotel Gallini!Guest review byAB1188Albania
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 336 reviewsBeautiful hotel, grounds. Loved Ibiza style chilled beach bar sounds with Bali Beds looking out onto the water, charming! Loved the other end with the shallow water. Beautiful clear calm sea and warm enough to swim in. Food delicious every where and plenty of choice for us vegetarians. One of the pools was heated which everyone we enjoyed. Our kids enjoyed a few mornings at the Kids Club which was first class.Guest review byKatieUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 264 reviewsRight from entering the Hotel we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly taking care of our comfort and well being. There was a small pipe leakage in front of our room and they fixed it immediately and a bottle of champaign and fruit plate was waiting for us with an apologies letter. The quality and diversity of the food was amazing. We really enjoyed every moment.Guest review byZsolt04Switzerland
- From $52.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.8Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 637 reviewsLocation was great for getting to Marina. Property was clean and while older building, still maintained very well. Really enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast. We did get a later evening swim in the pool but were disappointed to hear the pool hours were beyond our stay time frame. Didn’t understand why the pool wasn’t available in the early morning for visitors to get an early swim.Guest review byNancyUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.6Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 612 reviewsCleanliness, daily cleanup and change of towels, varied breakfast, friendly staff. Astonishing location of the hotel and great view during breakfast. As a bonus: the hotel provides beach towels and umbrella, also you can leave your luggage at the reception and use a shower in case of a flight in the evening. A slight problem with our A/C (leaking) was resolved rapidly.Guest review bySergeyAustria

Great place with impressive historical sights, fine cuisine...
Great place with impressive historical sights, fine cuisine from many parts of the world and Greek traditional food at affordable prices. Great beaches, especially on the West coast but for the sand lovers the East coast is probably a better choice. Well organized and affordable public transport, great hosts everywhere. Greek people are always warm and nice and very hospitable. Corfu town has that great mixture of Greek traditional and English vibe which go together perfectly well. At one minute you are astonished by Ionnian and Venetian architecture and then you look around and enjoy great green spaces, public gardens, a garden dedicated to famous English Durrells for example... The atmosphere is the best in spring and early autumn in my opinion, when you can get lost in narrow vivid streets and enjoy the lively atmosphere with not too many tourists and warm but not too hot weatherGuest review byOliveraSerbia - 8.0

Paleokastritsa comprises a number of mid to small sized "beaches" though some are no more than a few rocks or pebbles. The water, as with the rest of the island, is crystal clear and deliciously warm, ideal for snorkeling or diving. There are plenty of activities on offer though I prefer to walk about and particularly enjoyed the walk up to the Corfu Donkey Sanctuary.Guest review byrbUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A lovely town - definitely tourist central (main source of income) but there is so much more than "downtown" madness lol - Take a long walk to Turtle Island (go early to get your spot on the small beach, entrance fee of around Euro6). Hike the side roads admiring the olive trees and farm animals. Rent a quad or car and explore further afield. Tour pickups are readily available. The food, coffee and drinks are delicious and within reason depending on what you care to spend - LOVED the icecream cafe close to the beach and there is a delightful European Bakery to enjoy fresh cream or chocolate yummies. Almost everyone is friendly - like everywhere, if you smile and 'ask" courteously, in return you will receive a positive response! A week is a good stop - 10days if you are wanting to spend more time lounging on the northern beaches. A worthwhile happy stop :)Guest review byDEBORAHCanada - 10.0

Excellent resort, lovely beach with free sun-beds and umbrellas if you buy a drink, fantastic restaurants on beach front, best to get accommodation near to beach as very steep hills away from main resortGuest review byalexUnited Kingdom - 6.0
Argostoli is a sizable city.
Argostoli is a sizable city. It has nice restaurants, shops and resources, but not what I came to a Greek Island to do. The rest of Kefalonia has many wonderful, picturesque villages and beaches with quaint restaurants and places to explore. The people of Kefalonia are generally friendly and helpful.Guest review byKathrynUnited States - 8.0
The town was very nice and friendly.
The town was very nice and friendly. I liked the architecture in the town & enjoyed walking around. I October the place was quiet but weather was sunny and warm. Good food , highly recommend Anti Varo restaurant. Cocktails go to Cubana bar & get a zombie . Had a great day on boat trip with Epitonia . Good holiday & airport nearby.Guest review byadrianUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Very central to visit Corfu town by bus €1.60 e.w. for a day trip, gouvia is lovely, gr8 restaurants, fresh food & the beach was lovely, every restaurant we ate in was delish, especially the chinese restaurant, ooh and the bar with the Elvis tribute was brilliant and reasonably priced for drinks too. And I even got a great haircut at the local hair dressers, they were so friendly, we had a great relaxing holiday in Gouvia.Guest review bylisaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

If you like to be in the center of the action (restaurants, bars, night life), Tsilivi is a good spot. If you are searching for something more relaxed, i advise to search for other locations in the island. Tsilivi is probably the best basis to visit all the rest of the island, very centered, but we were looking for a more relaxed and less"touristic" area.Guest review byJoaoCarvalhoPortugal - 8.0

Lots of bars, restaurants (recommend The Hive) and souvenir shops as you would expect along a 'strip' but there are quieter places alongside the beach. Plenty to see in and around the local area such as Cape Drastis, the Canal D'Amour and Porto Timoni. If travelling the north coast to Sidari, watch out for mobile signal as it dips in and out of Albania's signal and you could face unexpected roaming charges. Mosquitos and wasps are everywhere so bring your repellent.Guest review byMarc H.United Kingdom - 10.0
Corfu is a beautiful city and island with much to offer.
Corfu is a beautiful city and island with much to offer. The views of the sea, the mainland across the sea and the city are breathtaking. We visited the Old and New Fortresses, both worthwhile, the old town, the Byzantine Museum, the Old Widmill near Mon Repos, took the blue bus to Achyllion Palace and Benitses, crossed the bridge by the Monastery of Panagia Vlocherna and Mouse Island and took the green bus to Paleokastritsa, for more wonderful views of the Ionic Sea and a short but very satisfactory beach experience. This more than filled our four days stay. I'm sure if we had stayed longer, hiring a car to travel to spot not reachable by public transport would have made our experience better. Still, we were very happy with what we had.Guest review byCelestinoSpain
