Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

This was a beautifully authentic Greek Island resort and everything we hoped for. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating. The views from the restaurant and our balconies were breathtaking. The breakfast was wonderful! We loved every minute of it. Patmos is a special island in so many different ways.

Convenient & safe location & close for cheap ticket public bus, restaurants, beach, central square for shop, healthcare., etc. Very nice family oriented management. Very nice staffs. Very clean. Very healthy breakfasts. It is really perfect for me for 10 days plus 1 more day adding later for waiting my ferry. Very clean.

I loved Mr. Jacob, very attentive and helpful, his hotel is very cozy and tastefully decorated, will definitely come back. Very close to the ferry port, 2 minutes walking. Also the main attractions are all at a walking distance.

The friendly, accommodating staff. Dimitris the hotel manager was wonderful. He knew the best restaurants and locations to visit. The location of the property was excellent with beautiful views near a beach.

The property was self catering but provided all the kitchen tools and utensils you could need to cook for yourself. The owner also went out of his way to help me when my laptop broke and helped me access my bank accounts by letting me borrow his personal laptop for a few minutes. The host and cleaners were also very helpful by providing local information and details about the property that helped me enjoy my stay more. Huge thanks all round.

The hospitality of the owners was overwhelming. They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection.
