We arrived on the first morning flight to Santorini, and despite being early, they kindly arranged an early check-in. Knowing we had been up since 4am, they surprised us with a beautiful breakfast in our room as a welcome gesture.
Our balcony overlooked a charming church, and we loved relaxing with wine in our private jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, featuring seasonal fruit and freshly cooked eggs. The service truly went above and beyond.
The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Oia, in a quiet neighborhood with several excellent restaurants recommended by Dimitris.
I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it.

A Greek Island Dream
Imagine a typical Greek island with whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches and sloping cliffs, and the chances are that you’re thinking of Santorini. Protectively curving around 4 other islands in its archipelago, this volcanic island has fertile ground bringing forth lovely rosé wine and some of the sweetest cherry tomatoes you’ll ever taste.
High on a caldera shelving into the sea, the capital Fira overlooks the cruise liners plying the turquoise Aegean waters below. North is Imerovigli, home to several 5-star Santorini hotels with fantastic views.
Also providing amazing views is the accommodation in Oia across the bay. Cascading down the slopes, the sea of white here is only dispersed by vibrant pink flowers, blue domes and the brown of ancient windmills, all becoming black silhouettes as the sun sets.
Santorini Airport is on the other side of the island and 2 resorts south of it – Kamari and Perissa – have the best, black sand beaches. However, the most visually impressive is Red Beach at Akrotiri where the stunning red colour of the caldera and sand makes the trek down the rockface well worth it. Just time it right to avoid high tide! Also near Akrotiri are excavations of a Minoan era settlement.

We loved the customer service, they were extremely attentive with us, they did everything as possible to make us feel the best we can and to have an amazing experience in Santorini and the Hotel in general. The suite that we had was one of the caves suites that has a pool outside and inside, but this suite has the best pool outside view that you would ever have in the whole Island, amazing place for pictures and specially the sunset. Now, the restaurant have delicious dishes and drinks, one of the best restaurants of the Island 100%.
Now, we had a flight at night and our check out was early, but as they really wanted to make us feel great they gave us another suite until we leave the Island (also there was availability so we were lucky on this one). One last thing, we forgot our passports at the safe of the room, we called them and they came with our passports and personal belongings that we left at the safe right away to the Airport, as we said they were extremely helpful and great with us. It was a dreamt experience and we thanks all the staff of the Hotel. We will come back again soon!

Everyone was extremely genuinely friendly, which seems to be the way in the Cyclades. Of course, the breakfast was amazing, and it was in an open-air space protected from the sun. Actually, much of the hotel was open-air, including the reception desk. It was also just across the small road from the beach, and the hotel owns a stretch of beach just for the guests. It is well located to catch the sunrise, which can be spectacular, and even just walking around the neighborhood is interesting as there are a number of small farms and the like. Some ways down the beach are some excellent restaurants. You don't need a car at all if you are just coming to relax.
The masseuse at the hotel did an excellent job on me. She could really dig in and get the knots out of my muscles. After my session, I didn't have any aches or pains at night as I otherwise so often do.

This Hotel was Great. The staff was wonderful starting even before we arrived, by reaching out and extending certain courtesies to us. They were always available to answer questions. They went above and beyond expectations and ensured everyone felt welcome. The front desk staff were very informative; the pool, bar, and meal staff bent over backwards to ensure your every need was met, they were able to pre-place what you needed before you ask for it, and just ensure you have the best holiday/vacation. Their staff even carried your luggage to your room and from your room upon check out. This was some of the best service we have ever received overall. The service combined with the beautiful view, game room, spa and two pools were just what we needed and well worth the money. They have our HIGHEST Recommendation.

We had a wonderful time at Cavo Tagoo, a luxury hotel with stunning views of the caldera and the sunset.
We stayed in a suite with a hot tub on the balcony. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.
The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
We also dined at the Vezené restaurant, which served amazing food with fresh ingredients and local flavors. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a lot of options to choose from.
We highly recommend Cavo Tagoo to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Santorini. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to come back.

We fell in love with Louis Studios, the staff was super friendly. The place was very clean and the pool was the best part. They had these wonderful bed by the pool and a great little food kitchen by the pool for room service too. Marie and her mother were the best cooks, the food was absolutely delicious. This hotel is located away from all the hustle and busy areas, but if you rent a car you can be anywhere in less the 15 to 25 min. We ate at Mario Restaurant which came highly recommended and did not disappoint. There is a black sand beach is just steps away, where you can watch the sunrise. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Santorini.

They have an amazing family business, so it's managed with owner eyes all the time. From the check in up to check out everything was perfect, they give you nice advices about restaurants, nightlife, fastfood, shuttle, laundry, all you need. The hotel environment is super cool, you can relax by the pool, watch the sunrise having an amazing breakfast, room is very confy and it's well located, just a few meters walk from city center and the cliff views.

I loved everything about it. The staff were friendly, kind and very helpful, the ambience was great, the amenities were amazing. Jennifer at the bar was an absolute delight. The views are breathtaking. Its definitely worth the money you spend.

The property is located within walking distance to shopping and dining . Everyone was so helpful and accommodating every need we had . The property is immaculate and we couldn’t have asked for nicer staff, they really made our stay wonderful!

Fira and Oia are the heart of Santorini and both spectacular...
Fira and Oia are the heart of Santorini and both spectacular. Fira has more to offer in terms of restaurants and shops, but Oia is even more picturesque and unique. I was happy to have stayed in Fira given its more centralized location, but it would be tragic to stay here and not also spend some time in Oia. Keep in mind that both towns are built on very steep and uneven terrain. While the main shopping lanes are relatively level, many hotels and other businesses require significant physical effort to access, so choose your accommodations with this in mind if you have any mobility issues.

Oia is all about the view. Spectacular. It is packed with tourists for a well deserved reason. It is totally touristy, expensive, but we can overlook that and the crowds because of that view. Finikia, just adjacent is much quieter. Still, Oia is Oia, only one. Very much recommend Roka restaaurant.

We put a lot of thought into the location. We deemed Oia too busy and crowded and Fira as possibly too noisy. Imeroviglia was our ultimate choice and it turned out to be the right one; the best views, great places to stay, delicious restaurants nearby. We would recommend it to anyone who wanted a second (or first) honeymoon. It was that magical.

Third time to the island of Santorini. Twice to Kamari. Beautiful beach. Amazing atmosphere. Spoilt for choice for restaurants and things to do. Can be as high or low budget as you wish. The place to leave your life behind and rejuvenate. Solo travel, couples or family get away, Kamari serves all.

A village with bakery, gyros place, souvenir shop & good sized mini market. Walkable to Fura though a noisy main road. Buses good too but more value for money the further you are going. Taxis quite expensive so we walked a lot.

We ate 2 nights at Romantica taverna. Traditional Greek restaurant, good food and happy staff.
Easy to walk around in you don't mind stairs and uphill. Walk from Fira to Oia 10km, something to do and overview of area.

Having stayed two weeks in Perissa, I dare say I know it a bit. It's a great mix of not too big of a town, plenty of groceries shopping spots, Restaurants with some great offers, nice beaches (even though one has to get used to black sand) and cultural spots like a very nice Orthodox Church and some historic ruins if you dare to hike a bit. It's wasn't too crowded either, so if you consider going, do so Early - Mid September.

Beautiful village and I’m sure a couple of days would be a better length of stay. On both occasions we have visited we have had only one night there. Good choice of restaurants in easy walking distance. Lovely individual shops.
