I had missed my ferry stop due to a mishap and unfortunately could not stay for a prepaid night. However, Sevasti kindly understood and applied a credit for me to use for a future date. I am grateful for this genuine hospitality and consideration to travellers - I have not come across any other establishment that would even consider this! Upon being able to rebook, the hotel was fantastic located right by the dock with access to swimming and nearby beaches. Having an included breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean in the morning was a lovely experience. I am most appreciative to Sevasti, Nick who kindly checked me in early, and the kind staff at this hotel who work hard to ensure everyone has the best experience for what Symi represents - thank-you!Guest review byHuyen VyCanada
