Cozy, clean hotel with nice scents and refined details and perfect atmosphere. Beautiful design in the rooms and overall. Relaxing common pool area, tasty and assorted breakfast and perfect service. Staff is super attentive and kind, also compliments to the cleaning staff: very careful not to disturb with cleaning noises and they don’t shout or chat in the corridor among them: this favored a total relax mood, even on the last day! Thanks to Marileen and all the rest of the wonder-staff for all care and attention that makes the difference!

I had a great stay there. Everything was clean and new. The room is quite spacious, and I think I was bumped to a seaview room on the second day. I would say mountain view and sea view rooms are both amazing. Special thanks to Petros at the reception who is very very friendly and helped me a lot. Breakfast was also great, with a lot to choose from and freshely made omelets as well.

The facilities, the room with the private pool, the restaurants, the spa, the whole concept is amazing, but the best of all is the fantastic staff!!! Always friendly, helpful and doing an extra mile to make our holidays unforgetable. We were very spoiled and the return back home was not easy. BTW the hotel is very close to the beach (3 mins walk distance), a plus for sea lovers 😉.

It was very comfortable to stay at Casa dl Pierro. Room was perfect and clean. We stayed 3 nights. They give us a lot of suggestions about the island(where to swim, where to eat) and all of them were really nice places. We requested to arrange a boat tour and it was the best experience. The breakfast’s amazing with a wide range of pastries, fruits, yogurts, etc. The hotel itself is stunning - probably the prettiest hotel pool I’ve seen and it’s truly a place for you to fully relax. The staff are beyond friendly here, Amelia was very professional, friendly and helpful during my stay - she welcomed me with a big bright smile, explained all the facilities in the hotel, and helped me arrange taxis and the floating breakfast with such good care. All the staff are amazing, they remember small details about your preference during your stay and are always there when you need help. I could feel that I was truly being taken good care of. I wish I could stay here for a few more days so I will definitely come back next year for Olea.

EVERYTHING! A BIG thank you to all the staff of this resort! Especially to Fofi! We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

Exciting Holidays for Everyone

Surrounded by clear blue waters, Zakynthos (or Zante) is the 3rd largest island in the Ionian Sea, named after the son of Dardanus. This green island features mountain villages, fertile plains and gorgeous beaches.

Zakynthos was destroyed after the Great Earthquake of 1953 and rebuilt according to an anti-seismic code. Some of the buildings which were not damaged are St. Dionysios Cathedral, the National Bank and the church of St. Nicholas.

The island has one of the most famous Greek attractions - the spectacular Navagio Beach. Accessible only by boat, the 'Shipwreck' is an isolated beach with white pebbles and turquoise waters.

Set amongst olive groves and vineyards, the tourist resort of Tsilivi is full of traditional taverns and bars. The beach village of Laganas is a real gem for young people that love clubbing and are looking for a hotel on the Strip, but also for families seeking a shallow beach and warm waters. Palatino hotel was a great choice for our vacation. It is located just few minutes walk from the beach (the beach is nice but stony, there is also a beach bar where you can rent the sunbeds and umbrella), it is also close to the town centre, cafes and restaurants. The staff in the hotel was really friendly and helpful, really adding up to the pleasant stay. Room had a big balcony, was clean and spacious. Breakfast and especially dinner buffet exceeded our expectation, simple but really tasty and fresh food, with quite a few choices and dinner meals were also different every night. Strongly recommended hotel.

Reception was very attentive to our needs and requests provident assistance to book some tours and following up on case of delays or updated info due to inclement weather. Location was considered very good but a car is really important to provide flexibility to achieve the several points of interest of the island.

The town of Zante is lively with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The beaches and water are amazing. Most offer sun beds with amenities to spend the day. Boat trips to caves and swimming spots are a must!

We enjoyed our week stay here although dead centre Laganas beach is not the prettiest if you are look for long stretches of sand! However there are so many nearby choices and the island is easy to travel around on. Even a "hike" lol to the nearby Turtle Island is manageable but you have to get there early as it is a tiny beach (obviously as it is within the sanctuary and there is a EU6 to enter) worth a visit though. Laganas has plenty of friendly cafes restaurants etc. It definitely is a Tourist Town but not as chaotically busy and crowded as Zante and further afield (Sept). We were devastated by the TRASH everywhere though. That is shocking and something the municipality really needs to address. If you can get past that, Laganas is a quaint tourist town with plenty to offer and a VERY HAPPENING night life 😉🎶

Too busy with British tourists, lacks nice restaurants and the beaches are a long way away from most of the hotels. Vasilikos much nicer all-round and we even preferred Laganas over Tsilivi even though that was super busy as well with drunken teenagers. Water park was meh also.

An abundance of Restaurants of many denominations, plus plenty of themed bars for drinks, all within walking distance, just perfect!!! The whole place is relaxed, happy, and just such a good place to be, a perfect location to unwind and enjoy after a few months hard slog at home. Or, a great location to hit the bars and live the high life, your choice, a fantastic location for singles, couples, groups and families alike, Kalamaki has just about everything, for everyone, and everyone is just so friendly; what a place to live, never mind just holiday!!!

Alikanas is lovely with the mountain backdrop and the clear waters when there’s no wind. What I miss was a sidewalk. It’s difficult to go for a walk as there’s no sidewalk and on the beach there’s no continuous access.

We loved the beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, the amazing Turtle Rescue Centre, Kostas' Brother Tavern and also Familia Tavern, The Bay Hotel, the landscape, with olive groves in abundance.

The property was very quiet and very clean, the water and the beach are very clean, we stayed late in the evening on the beach listening to music and watching the stars, the view was beautiful, in the morning the sunrise is a wonderfull, everything was perfect, the owners were very polite and good people

Argasi is a small town with lots to offer.

Argasi is a small town with lots to offer. There is a good mix of bars & nightclubs, but not too lively. Great restaurants the length of the town & all within walking distance, except the one on the hill, but they will collect & return you from your hotel for free. Great beach bars just off the main road, so look out for signs to Remezzo (our favourite) etc on the waterfront. Plenty of places to shop around for car/quad hire & trips around the island, on land & sea. A fun train runs into Zante town every day from opposite Legends bar (€8 return) Just the most wonderful people & easy for us to return yearly.

We were returning visitors and much has changed in the six years between visits, there are many more new buildings and hotels and there seems to be a load of car hire places that didn’t exist before. Currently it is still very peaceful and quiet which might not suit everyone (particularly families?) but as someone in their mid fifties I loved the fact there was 3 shops, and 3 restaurants within I 5 minute walk from our base I didn’t need anything else but thrill seekers might be a little bored.

You are surround by olive groves - and if wanted - it's just a short drive in several directions to some beautiful small beaches where the water is beautifully warm - and certainly not overcrowded. Heaven!!!! Well worth hiring a car for the duration of the stay.
