Everything 😊 It’s a little gem of a place in a paradise setting! Food is wonderful and you won’t go hungry that’s for sure. There’s plenty to do and it’s very affordable. This is now, by a wide margin, easily the best hotel in Livingston. Great location in the heart of town close to the dock. My room was very big, very clean with a very comfortable bed and some really nice touches like hand-painted sinks. It also had a lovely balcony with an incredible view/ Food is outstanding and way ahead of anything else on the highstreet. Highly reccomend.

We spent almost a month in Guatemala and this was by far the MOST amazing stay and like a mini slice of heaven! The owners are extremely friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the food, amazing lake views, fishing, kayaking, wildlife, and the fun boat ride with their dog. The Villa exceeded our expectations and I wish we stayed more time.

The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, very peaceful and comfortable accommodation on the river. Very clean and well maintained amenities. This was the last leg of our trip before heading to the airport, a bit more expensive than some of the other options available but definitely worth it after backpacking around. Also the food and service was really awesome. Very happy we chose to stay here.

Ollie was exceptionally kind and well connected to get us help with transportation. She is also a great cook. Don Luis was the taxi driver that she connected is with. He is a very honest man. He drove back to the facility to return my phone and charger that I left in the taxi. Funds from this place go to support underprivileged individuals attain working skills.

The people were amazing at this hotel. Mario, Wendy and Rosme were amazing. I arrived with my husband and three children, one of which was an infant. When they saw my family they immediately upgraded our room bc they wanted us to have more room and feel more comfortable with the family at no additional cost. The girls that work there were so attentive, they saw us drying our wet clothes and immediately took them and said they would do it! They were always sweet with my kids and even offered to watch my baby while I was eating. They were the most welcoming people and not to mention the beautiful scenery and grounds. I did not want to leave!!!! Very special place, pristine and gorgeous.

Loved the beautiful location. Stuart and Abby were both amazing with advice about activities and logistics. So awesome. I also thought the staff at the restaurant, especially Jose Luis and Fernando who are connected to AK Tenemet, were terrific. Great food too!
