The place is stunning, the food is amazing, all the staff is super nice, theres no phone connection so you can socialize easily with all the other guests. I would say that one day here is not enough because theres lots of activities to do and to fully enjoy it is better to take your time to relax. I would also recommend the chocolate workshop, we made like snickers chocolates but with real cacao and it was so good! We would love to come back in the future

This is now, by a wide margin, easily the best hotel in Livingston. Great location in the heart of town close to the dock. My room was very big, very clean with a very comfortable bed and some really nice touches like hand-painted sinks. It also had a lovely balcony with an incredible view/ Food is outstanding and way ahead of anything else on the highstreet. Highly reccomend.

We spent almost a month in Guatemala and this was by far the MOST amazing stay and like a mini slice of heaven! The owners are extremely friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the food, amazing lake views, fishing, kayaking, wildlife, and the fun boat ride with their dog. The Villa exceeded our expectations and I wish we stayed more time.

Ollie was exceptionally kind and well connected to get us help with transportation. She is also a great cook. Don Luis was the taxi driver that she connected is with. He is a very honest man. He drove back to the facility to return my phone and charger that I left in the taxi. Funds from this place go to support underprivileged individuals attain working skills.

The people were amazing at this hotel. Mario, Wendy and Rosme were amazing. I arrived with my husband and three children, one of which was an infant. When they saw my family they immediately upgraded our room bc they wanted us to have more room and feel more comfortable with the family at no additional cost. The girls that work there were so attentive, they saw us drying our wet clothes and immediately took them and said they would do it! They were always sweet with my kids and even offered to watch my baby while I was eating. They were the most welcoming people and not to mention the beautiful scenery and grounds. I did not want to leave!!!! Very special place, pristine and gorgeous.

Loved the beautiful location. Stuart and Abby were both amazing with advice about activities and logistics. So awesome. I also thought the staff at the restaurant, especially Jose Luis and Fernando who are connected to AK Tenemet, were terrific. Great food too!

loved my stay here, felt so homey the staff were incredible and attentive i loved the rusty feel to the place and went swimming nearly every morning! the place is beautiful, affordable, they have free lanchas to get into town, laundry service, happy hour! extended my stay again and again just didn’t want to leave
