The location was a perfect secluded spot in the jungle with lots of space to relax and enjoy the environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and while you can only buy food on site, the restaurant is very affordable and delicious!
What a little paradise 😍 It's tranquil, romantic, and fully facilitated. You won't need nor want to be anywhere else but sit here and relax. Though you can easily use it as a jump off for tours and activities if you want to. The staff will gladly arrange whatever you please 😙 Lastly, make sure to get one of Silvia's massages if you get the chance. If you weren't relaxed yet after everything on offer, you inevitably will be after this! ❤️
A great place to stay, well organized, with presence of the owners. Great dinner options and all kind of services for trips, tours, massages, ,etc. It is a luxury resort in the middle of nature, where everything has been thought off.
The laidback calm relax atmosphere. Nice staff and great biodiversity. The food and the shared dinner. One of the better hostels we ever stayed in..just realize it's luxury but basic as you stay in a remote place in nature
Located along the river, with a beautiful garden and communal space. I love the concept of family style dinners, where it is easy to socialise with others and share an amazing (vegetarian) meal together! The menu changed every day, and I loved all 4 dinners and breakfasts that I had. Produce is sourced locally, sweet owners that like to chat and help organise tours. One of my highlights of my Guatemala trip.
The location was absolutely lovely and for the price you couldn't ask for much more. The staff were super friendly and all spoke good English. The food at the restaurant was nice, the pancakes and fish nuggets were a firm favourite. The drinks were also responsibly priced. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. There is a lovely common space with lots of hammocks to relax in! It was also nice that you could use the kayaks for free and go to the swimming platform on the river.
The staff was very nice, especially the lady who helped me a lot with advice on what to do in the area and how to get there easily. The bungalows are really spacious, well equipped, and they have hot showers :) The breakfast is included in the price and was always delicious.
Beautiful location on the river which made it a wonderful place to relax for a few days. There are kayaks for rent and a dock to swim from. Cute little bungalows or a dorm room. Great food (vegetarian) with huge portions eaten together which made it easy to get to know the other guests. Showers were hot and all facilities clean. Tim and his wife are very helpful and all the staff are lovely. I had a great massage too!
