Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very helpful and made a real effort to make you feel welcome. The meals were delicious and well presented. The spa facilities were excellent and the room was very spacious with a hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Our family of five, including three small kids, had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff on call welcomed us wholeheartedly, making us feel right at home. The room was perfectly sized for our family, with a very comfortable bed that ensured we all got a great night's sleep. The kitchen and breakfast were excellent, and our kids especially enjoyed the delicious options available each morning. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests. The hotel's location is very convenient—just a 3-5 minute drive to main stores and about 20-25 minutes from Aqua Vivae, where we spent a fun day at the thermal pools. The hotel was spotless, with a relaxing and cozy atmosphere that made it an ideal choice for a family trip. We truly felt like valued guests throughout our stay.
