Located 20 metres from the beach and 5 km from the Split-Kastela Airport, this hotel in Kastel Luksic has a terrace and rooms with a balcony and sea views. Private parking is available. The breakfast is great. The room is spacious and the sea view from the balcony is beautiful. We also like the location which is close to the walkway by the coast. We also enjoyed the swimming pool open late in the evening.

Hotel Adria is situated only 200 metres from the beach and 1.5 km from Split Airport in Kastel Stafilic. It offers bright and elegant rooms with air conditioning and SAT TV. THE PLANE DELAY OF TWO HOURS AND VERY BAD NAVIGATION IN THE CAR IS THE REASON FOR MY NOT ARRIVING FOR ONE NIGHT.STILL, I WILL GIVE THE HOTEL GOOD MARKS EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T EVEN SEE IT AND DID PAY FOR IT. MAYBE NEXT TIME I WILL HAVE BETTER LUCK.

Responsive to questions prior to arrival. offered a pick up service from Split ferry to property as well as service to airport - for a fee. This was very helpful. The room was quiet and pleasant. I appreciated there was bottled water in refrigerator. I highly recommend for property very close to Split airport.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.
