great location with helpful staff, fabulous breakfast, nice room and the pool was superb! the hotel was better than we imagined from the reviews and the photos. will definitely recommend to anyone - and Skradin and Krka NTP are stunning.

This place is brand new and absolutelly pitoreque, stylish, in the harbor, romantic but mostly, it has everything you need: full equipment appartment, close to great restaurants, 2 supermarkets, SUP, cayac, bikes, pool and you name it! The hosts are just great! They both been very nice and helpful! Free parking inside the hotel yard saved us!

great location for the main purpose of my trip, which was to visit Babich winery. The new apartment was maybe 100m from Babich’s front door. The apartment is also a short drive from Krka Falls.

The accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need (apart from toiletries but we weren't expecting any). There is a little terrace, which is wonderful to relax or eat outdoors. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean & great accommodation! Nice views & great staff! The staff are very very sweet & nice! The property is next to a small town called Skradin which is a 5 min car drive from the property and the staff are so nice that they give you a ride to the city whenever you want! Definitely recommend staying here if you are planning on going to Krka! The staff also gave us a lot of great recommendations which made our stay a 1000% more nice & convenient!

Very exeptional, small and cosy place! We were staying for 3 nights with kids, they just loved the pool and the jakuzzi. Breakfast was great! Host was responding fast. I would recomend to my best friend.
