First of all, we were given a room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. They moved us to a bigger room on a higher floor, just as I had requested. I really appreciated that they took my preferences into account. The room was clean and spacious, and I have to mention the hot water bathtub—such a rare find in Bali! Another nice touch was the coffee break offered in the hotel’s restaurant, which I really liked. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I was very happy with everything. Thank you to the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable!
