- From $519.99 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,160 reviewsOur stay was nothing short of a spiritual journey, and it touched our hearts in ways words can hardly express. We chose the private One-Bedroom Suite, which offered not just a place to stay but an oasis of peace, complete with a private pool and net that seemed to invite us to sink deeply into the surrounding natural beauty. The view was beyond description, a volcano mountain rising majestically above a lush jungle, a sight that felt like a direct connection to the earth’s soul. Every moment spent in that room was a reminder to pause, breathe, and simply be. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive, making us feel like family. Their service was outstanding, and always helpful. The open-air spa is a must there!! it was a perfect place to unwind, offering a peaceful and holistic experience. The villa is located just 10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and money exchange offices. Virgin Beach, a must-see destination, is just a 50-minute drive away, and Gembleng Waterfalls are only 15 minutes by car. Plus, you can rent a bike directly from the hotel to explore the area. Patal Kikian Villa was the highlight of our entire trip in Bali!!! An unforgettable experience we’ll definitely be returning to.Guest review byEidUnited Arab Emirates
- From $819.14 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 1,324 reviewsThe private villas with a private pool were magical and a perfect getaway. The view was amazing and the noise of the jungle was like a dream. But most of all, the service from the staff was most memorable. They were there to help us in any way they could. They kept the rooms clean, arranged a tour, got us rides, were extremely responsive, provided exceptional food, and were very friendly. Anyone considering staying at this property shouldn’t choose anything else. Make sure to take full advantage of the great food, drinks, and hospitality the staff offers!Guest review byDevinUnited States
- From $894.89 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very Good - What previous guests thought, 186 reviewsWe stayed in the Cliff pool villa. Impeccable style luxury and the best possible customer service I have ever ever received. Augus, Teresa, Tri, Dwi and many more of the staff always helped us with a smile in their face. They sent some one over to take pictures for us for a small photo shoot we planned impromptu. Cliff bar is beautiful, Watu and Roca are all amazing places to eat in. Will definitely go back for more.Guest review byPrasanthIndia

I loved how green the scenery was.
I loved how green the scenery was. And there is a lot of art in every form from paintings to gold and silver jewelry. There are so many shops. And the monkey forest is also a highlight around the center of ubud. There are also many international cuisines to choose from such as Japanese, Mexican, and Indian. Don't forget to try an ATV ride or hike up Mount Batur, too. So fun!Guest review byBetty Seifu - 10.0

Canggu has a nice mix of things for every age group.
Canggu has a nice mix of things for every age group. It has wonderful cafes (Milk and Madu), beach clubs (La Brisa), restaurants (Longtime; Lulu’s), clubs and bistros (Margaret bistro). There’s also yoga, fitness and spas. It ticks all the boxes. Just be mindful when ordering salads, vegetable juice or iced drinks from certain places, as the tap water is not potable. It is also a short distance away from Seminyak (which has a lot of shopping; our kid loves places like Stroberi, Kids à gogo and Candyland).Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Seminyak has so much to see and do, we were not short of places to eat and it was so easy with the family to walk out and find somewhere. Our favourite was Amici as the terrace area is relaxed garden feel and the kids were comfortable so made meal times easier. We loved Kudeta beach club, there was a family day when we went so face painting and lots of activities for them to join in with.Guest review byKetut - 6.0

Uluwatu is much more expensive and luxury compared to the rest of Bali. The place is under a massive construction renovation, there are construction site everywhere so it will be very different in a couple of years. We enjoyed our 4 days there but there is definetly less activities except for luxurious cliff restaurant and beach clubs.Guest review byAliceAustralia - 6.0

Like that the beach was not as congested with human traffic compared to some other spots. Good stretch of walking trail along the beach. The beach itself has a lot of debris, perhaps due to aftermath of flood from week before. Wish there is more selection of local food. The Sidhu night market offers quite limited local food.Guest review byTuanUnited States - 6.0

Unfortunately , NP seems to have far too many visitors for what the road infrastructure can handle . The roads to all the local sightseeing hotspots are not wide enough for oncoming vehicle to pass each other without driving on the shoulder of the road ( if it exists ) and constantly causing further damage ,. The roads surfaced are very badly broken a terribly pot- holed . Vehicle journeys to the popular destinations take an inordinately long time with traffic banked up while cars try to pass each other when they can . On the plus ; the restaurants and beach clubs and bars serve excellent food and live music nightly was easy to find . And entertaining . The coastline scenery is fantastic . Itis why so many people make trip . The fast ferry services from Sanur to NP are very good and only 30 minutes .Guest review byPhilbobagginsAustralia - 10.0
We liked the central location in Legian.
We liked the central location in Legian. Hawkers should not attend hotel, this is rest time from shopping and bartering. Pad on Bene was our favourite place to eat anytime. Good food.Fat Tony’s burgers great. Water BOM amazing, our son went 4 times during our stay with great water slides. Traffic congestion to Changu and Ubud was horrendous. Took 2 hours for such a small distance.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

friendly, charming, plenty to see, however seeing so much rubbish / trash lying about took away some of the 'shine'. Possibly the establishment of an organisation ?volunteer or ?commercial to recycle plastics (bottles) could certainly assist in recycling some of the plastics. There was one eating establishment which was doing it's very best to get the message across about limiting / recycling plastics!Guest review bypaulineAustralia - 4.0
We spent two nights at the end of our holiday in this area.
We spent two nights at the end of our holiday in this area. It was not for us. The area is dominated by large resorts and the main activities centre around surfing, or hanging out in a pricey resort/bar, or perhaps viewing artifical tourist sights. Admittedly some resorts are very nice and have nice views but it's not really my style of holiday to spend several hundred dollars to lounge on a sunbed on the coast. There are plenty of higher end places to eat in this area, but I didn't go to Indonesia to eat western food. The Indonesian options feel very samey and were better in other areas with more Indonesian diners. Even Ubud with its hordes of people felt more authentically like Bali than this area does. In all, if you want a resort style holiday or are a wealthy surfer then this is the area for you. If you want to mosey around and get a feel for Bali it is not. For other watersports, it would be better to go north e.g. for diving/snorkelling. Or go to another island altogether.Guest review byAlexanderNew Zealand
