On the first place is a great and friendly all staff in Neano escape ! Best people ever that we meet in resorts and hotels. The location of the hotel was simply perfect, offering stunning grounds of the local area and easy access to the Bingin beach, which was a true highlight of my stay. The food was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The breakfast staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that each guest was well taken care of. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the fantastic staff and attentive owners, Maria and Anna. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. In total, we stayed here for one month and we were very happy. We will come back to stay here again after visiting other places in Bali. It's beautiful to have a pool surrounded by a green garden. There are many good restaurants along the street and it's a 7-10 min walk to the beach. We didn't need a scooter as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, that's why we picked it and we were happy with the size and air-conditioning. Good that we had a mini-fridge. It's quiet at night and an oasis from the busy traffic on the streets. Nice, firm mattress. The pillow was a bit too hard for my taste. The staff cleaned our room every day and gave us water bottles every day. We felt well taken care off!

One of the best beautiful beaches in Bali with almost white sand. Love Ubud. Have visited more than a dozen times.

Love Ubud. Have visited more than a dozen times. Jungle, river gorges, rice terraces, temples, waterfalls, culture, artwork all quite extraordinary. Then there are all the hotels, restaurants, stores, bars, architecture … just exceptional. Above all, the warm, happy nature of the hard working Balinese people is charming.

Kuta is very busy, traffic is hectic, but there is plenty to see and do. Shopping is good, with plenty of bargains and hotels are very good. It was easy to get a taxi to travel around and we found the best driver, BAGUS, who took us on a 12 hour day tour of middle Bali (Ubud and surrounds) for only $50 AUD.

Interesting very surf orientated town. Road planning unfortunately very bad. Very difficult to get around. Good restaurants, night spots, retail outlets. Mighty beach. Good Aston pool upstairs. Colourful and vibrant, lots of energy.

Seminyak was great, but like everything in the Beach areas...

Seminyak was great, but like everything in the Beach areas things are starting to age and it seems little is being done modernise. Sadly things like rubbish removal has been cut back by the local government leaving it the responsibility of the locals to deal with it. Resorts ok because they have the facilities and infrastructure to do so.

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants, bars and cafe's lean more towards the coastal side, it's very easy to get around here with lots of Grab/GoJek bikes and cars driving around often, never waited more than 4 minutes for a ride. Walking around would be easy too, the sidewalks aren't too difficult however the humps and hills of the roads are definitely a workout in the hot sun. Lots of construction in Uluwatu, the streets are noisy, lots of trucks and drilling everywhere.

Kopi Kiosk was a 5minute walk away down Jasmin Gang/lane. Hardies supermarket was next door to the Kiosk for grocery supplies and souvenirs and clothing. I always recommend Sanur to people heading to Bali for a first trip or tenth trip.

we are glad we stayed in bali for 17 days enjoyed travelling up to ubud and over to sanur seeing the monkeys watching sunsets eating food and having cash the bali money and being able to tip for great service . watching the fireworks was another fantastic memory whilst staying in bali .

Nusa Dua is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It does lack the vibrancy and hustle and bustle of other spots in Bali but as an older couple who just needed to wind down after a busy year, it was petfect.

Nusa Penida is a wild island, there are stunning views and beaches. It is not easy to wonder around. Roads are bad and it is not the best if you are not an expert with the scouter, in that case you will need to use the local drivers. I suggest Crystal Bay, and Klingking Beach (for sure). If you got to do the snorkeling with the Manta Rays go early, later it is really crowded. Consider that it takes long time to go in the main point of interests.

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August...

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August 2023 and I don't remember the beach being so dirty with rubbish as it was this week. The amount of litter was out of control - definitely will only be a 1 night stay close to airport from now on.
