The view from this place is beyond words and we loved the evening as well as the morning time. It is just untouched beauty, the sunrise was so beautiful and the evening mountain view in clouds and lake was not something I was expecting. Kids enjoyed the fishing and the owner offered me to golf which was so humble and thoughtful. Later, the staff arranged bonfire for us with amazing fish, chicken and rice. I am so so happy to come across this hidden gem in Kintamani and amz̄ing people, definitely going back just to relax on my next trip. Camps are clean and comfortable. Kintamani is a little village away from the hustle and bustle of the more popular tourist areas. We did the sunrise hike at Mt Batur and it was truly an amazing experience. We went to the hot springs after our hike and it was the best to soothe our muscles after the hike. If you are looking for a quieter area with beautiful volcano views and nature, then I definitely recommend spending some time there. The facilities at Mount Batur Villa are really clean and well kept. The pool is excellent with picturesque views. Flies are the biggest problem for the area but there is not much can be done about that, given the vegetation in the region. The pre-dawn trip up Mount T Batur to see the sunrise is thoroughly worthwhile, as is the Jeep trip which followed to the black lava site. Had one night out in Kintamani for a meal but other than the mountain trip there is not much to do there. Couple of days there is my recommendation.Guest review byRobUnited Kingdom
