The staff was always smiling and their service was excellent!! Our son was unwell for a day and they were so concerned. They cheered him up with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a get well soon note. The breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfortable. Location was very close to the market and restaurants. Their shuttle service is very convenient. Thank you Yuli ,Adi and the entire team of Sabana for a memorable and enjoyable stay at Ubud

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly special. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. I would particularly like to thank Dewan, Ani, and Odi (I hope I’ve remembered the names correctly!) for their exceptional service. Each of them made us feel like royalty, anticipating our every need and ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was recommendations, thoughtful gestures, or just their genuine kindness, they truly made our trip memorable. The resort itself is breathtaking—surrounded by lush greenery and serene views. The rooms are beautifully designed, the food is delicious, and the spa treatments were some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway in Bali, The Kayon Resort is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!     This hotel must be one of the most stunning I have ever stayed. The premises are beautiful, sprawling, giving you a nice sense of privacy throughout the site. With jungle & greenery throughout. The villas feel very private and are worth the price. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms nicely designed, and it feels like your private home in the jungle. I loved the concept of the pool which felt like a river, canal, with small moments for privacy. We also made use of the bath often as it was a large size. Additionally, the staff is super professional & accessible, when you need help in coordinated anything from food to transit to Ubud. A special thanks to our driver Budi. He was one of the nicest people in our entire stay in Indonesia. The food offered is also really delicious and we ate at the premises often.

    We spent the night at the Moon-House. This is one of the most spectacular hotel rooms we´ve ever been. The feeling is like being inside the "Avatar" movie. The design is unique, using Bambu as the main material. The whole suite cannot be easily compared to any other "just expensive" hotel suite, then it is a complete different "experience". Also the surroundings are amazing, getting from the Hotel lobby to the room feels already like a "Indiana Jones" experience. The way goes through illuminated caves, then the awesome bambu-cabin elevator (30 m deep) that takes you down closer to the river, the restaurant and the rooms. The sunset view from the Sun-set Bar is fantastic

    It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

    There are quite a few places to stay in the area.

    There are quite a few places to stay in the area. High end ones like Kommune and Desa Swan Villas are incredible but some of the more budget ones are almost as good. Make sure you eat at one of the beachside warungs. Great quality, freshly cooked food at amzing prices. You might get a bonus duck parade if you time it right!

    It's a lovely area much quieter than Ubud but still lots of cafes etc. The Instagrammers taking selfies is a bit over the top...but they're everywhere. Great views of the rice terraces and beautiful waterfalls and temples in the area.

    The beautiful areas of Sukawati require a car/driver. We went to the art market which was nice, but you could get this art anywhere in Bali for the same price. I hadn't been before and wouldn't stay here again, it's a bit 'commercial' and not tailored to tourists. The villas we stayed in were beautiful, quiet and off the main street, but there was nothing to do (other than get a driver).

    Beautiful sea view, near to sanur, denpasar, and ubud, but beach has plastic and wooden trash. During rainy season, moths come out every where outside and inside villa. Kitchen is separate from the villa, overall, villa needs upgrade.

    From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners & staff who made me feel like part of the family knowing l was travelling alone. My villa had a private garden & verandah with my own pond with fish & a waterfall. Such a peaceful & beautifully spacious room serviced daily. The organic food & drinks were delicious & the house frozen margarita became a daily treat for me. Prices were so inexpensive so l could indulge. The staff are always smiling & laughing as this boutique resort is a place they love to be also . The views are breathtaking & the peace it brought me filled my heart with such joy. I highly recommend this to any traveller .

    A tranquil, green oasis perfect for escaping the city buzz. The service and communication were excellent, creating a truly relaxing experience. While the stay was fantastic, the road leading to the hotel could use some improvement.
