My partner and I had the best time staying at Lances Left surfcamp.
Bob and everyone working there are such lovely and welcoming people!
Right at the beach, awesome sunsets, and good food!
Also the beach break and the reef in front are actually super fun surf. But we also had a scooter provided by Bob to get to all other surf spots.
Highly recommend staying here, would always come back!!!

Great location next to a nice beach with a perfect view of sunset! Swimming, snorkeling, and suntanning in the beach loungers all possible directly at the homestay. Very comfortable rooms, strong AC, delicious breakfast included. Kind and attentive staff

I had a great stay in Villa Tala! The staff was amazing which makes you feel at home. With anything you need help with they try to help you. You can choose from different breakfast options and the rooms were really comfy. Location was great close to the ferry port and you can also rent a scooter to go around or book the island hopping tour. Highly recommended:)

In Taupejat luckily there aren't many tourists yet, the beach not crowded. But the beach and especially the surrounding small islands very butiful, You can snorkel. If you can ride a motorbike, you can explore the whole area. There are not too much dining option, but are enough.

Islamic village, they still try to smile on the tourists, but you do not feel it is honest anymore. Some nice resorts in the surrounding islands.
Food supply is very poor on the island.
For surfing and even for nicer surround is better to go down to Katiet, the other village on the island
