- From $175.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.6Good - What previous guests thought, 1,001 reviewsThe property was so beautiful, and it always made you feel like you where at home. It is big and spacious. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out it was amazing I cannot fault anything on the northern hotel. From the staff all the way up to managers they were amazing. If you have a indigenoused or diagnosed child with a medical condition the northern hotel is the place to be. They make you feel your apart of them and the hotel is yours to. Any problem you had the front desk always went out of there way to help you with that problem and never had an attitude or a face on them. I found a problem with the cold tap in the bathroom and rang down to let them know only 2 minutes of me putting the phone down they were at my door and apologizing the other time I went down to front desk and like that oh I am so sorry let me get that fixed for you. My partner is in a wheelchair for long distance and the hotel was more than adequate to cope with it. Oh don’t get me started on the food, it was amazing just out of this world. I could never fault the food and the food portions were great you could get 1 dinner for 2 people. I cannot even remember any other hotel that we have stayed in that was so helpful and pleasant to help. They were so understanding of our circumstances with our child been autistic and so patient with him and really interacting with he loved it never met a hotel like it. When we were checking out we were looking for a taxi the normal taxi the hotel uses was not working. The other girl went out of her way to ring I think her dad as he is a taxi driver to try and get us a taxi. We have never experienced that before people going out of there way to help us in a hotel stay. I wanna say thank you to Alannah, Kayleigh, and the other 2 girls that I forget there names.Guest review bydaielIreland

Donegal is a beautiful county and the people go to great effort to ensure that visitors have a good experience. Unfortunately the inclement weather and constant mist cannot be controlled. This of course might be the attraction for some visitors. Good food available in bars throughout the county.Guest review byBredaIreland - 10.0

The view is not great from the rooms but very centrally located Uber charged us 20euro return into the centre maybe if we asked the hotel reception a local can may have been cheaper as it was only a few minutes walk but we had mobility issuesGuest review byStephanieUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bundoran ,being a seaside and holiday destination thrives during the summer. You could meet anyone from anywhere here. But most importantly all are made to feel so welcome by the general community not just the hoteliers and gift shop owners. I accidentally left my rear passenger door actually open all night outside the Bank House and not a thing was touched!!! This coming from someone who has been a victim of a locked car theft in my own driveway in Loughlinstown Co Dublin….Guest review byRuthIreland - 8.0

We heard Ardara was a good base to travel around Donegal. Our first night we went to the local pub and ended up staying longer than planned. Live music and got chatting to some lovely local people. It’s a fairly small town. We self-catered so can’t comment on places to eat.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The spa was the best.
The spa was the best. Booking treatments before hand is needed but the facial was amazing as were the massages. The food was lovely in the hotel restaurant, we were not disappointed. When wanting to try something new we walked 5min to Nancys Barn for even more gorgeous food. Beach was in walking distance with a lovely view and nice walking path.Guest review byMollyIreland - 8.0

There wasn’t enough places to have a meal in the evenings everywhere closed early. No live music in pubs but we were told that it was too early in the season. Spring and Summer I think the pubs would be more livelyGuest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Visited Slieve League, Assaranacha Falls, Mahera beach and caves, the Glengesh Pass, glen columcille, The Rusty Mackerel and The Boathouse in Killybegs, Donegal Town and The smugglers creek in Rossnowlagh . So we covered a lot of ground!!Guest review byJoanIreland - 10.0

Dunfanaghy is a beautiful part of Co Donegal with lots to do. The village itself has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. We loved our walk through Lurgabrack nature reserve to Tramore Beach, one of the best beaches we have ever been too! Hornhead is a fabulous scenic drive and a trip to Marble Hill beach and Ards forest park are also worth a visit.Guest review byLyndseyUnited Kingdom
