I booked tours before I arrived in Dublin, doing local in Dublin, then the outskirts, then introduced the Celtic and history tours, and scenic longer tours. Then, with shorter tours finished up the day with touring local places like Christ Church Cathedral. All our time in Dublin was a full day, and so much more to see and plan to come back to see more. More tours exploring small villages would be great , some are so full of history. There is so much to see that one can't take it all in in a couple of weeks.Guest review byVirginiaCanada - 10.0
Smithwick’s experience was great..
Smithwick’s experience was great.. Very easy to find parking for our rental car. Sullivan’s experience was equally interesting - great food. Visit of the medieval town along with his numerous shops was quite something… Overall the friendliness of the Irish people was memorable. Great review for sure.Guest review byphilippeCanada - 10.0

Swords is a bustling town with a reasonable range of shops...
Swords is a bustling town with a reasonable range of shops and heaps of Cafes. Nearby Pavillions shopping complex is a very large mall with everything you need. Swoprds Castle in town is worth a visit but parking is a major problem in the township unless you carry cash. It would be so much easier if cards were accepted. Streets are narrow and can get congested.Guest review byPat TaylorNew Zealand - 8.0

If you are looking for cutting-edge city life, this is not for you. Dundalk is a former railway town, largely built round the (now defunct) works for the GNRI and with much 19th century red-brick architecture. It has a busy high street with a lot of small shops, pubs and restaurants, none are grand, it reminds me of similar towns in the UK before planning blight took hold. A lot of effort seems to have gone into smartening the place up in recent years, which is nice. Would that other towns of its scale have survived so well it would be nothing exceptional, but as so few have, it has a real charm. As a base, it is well sited to explore the countryside around, which has a long and interesting history, with a lot of historic sites.Guest review byNicholasUnited Kingdom - 8.0

We went for a night away to catch up with a friend, had a delicious meal and drinks and danced till closing time. Felt so safe and the whole town had great vibes. We got up early the next morning for a sauna down by the marina. Could not recommend this any more....just melted all my hangover and troubles away. Lovely people and coffee too.Guest review bySharonIreland
