The property was gorgeous the views of the Atlantic and cliffs in the distance were exceptional, a very short drive into Doolin and to the walking path to the cliffs or to the ferry. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, the staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back the next time I’m visiting that area of Ireland

I stayed here on a trip with family to Lahinch for Willie Clancy week in Miltown. After visiting a few pubs Declan kindly organised a mini bus for our group & made sure we arrived safely. On the way home much later I was very surprised to see Declan standing outside the door waiting for us, what a host. He went well & truly beyond to help us. As for the hotel itself, excellent location on the main street. The rooms were modern, in excellent condition & spacious. We look forward to coming back & I highly recommend to anyone thinking of a vist to Lahinch 10/10

The views were so beautiful. You really need a few days here to take it in and really appreciate overlooking all the farms. The Hot tub was so cute (for 2), the bathtub incredible, The bed was so comfortable and had the same views in giant windows. The host provided goodies and shampoo/soap and delicious nespresso and tea! Home as washer no dryer. The rustic decor was charming: real wood furnishings, slate floor, etc. We drove to an easy few min to Doolin to enjoy dinner and pubs. We used it as a base for cliffs, doolin and galway.

A friend and I stayed two nights at The Atlantic on our Wild Atlantic Way drive, and we couldn't have loved our stay more. The room and dining areas were clean and inviting - we especially loved sitting next to the fireplace during meals - and the food was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were incredible. Declan and Ashley set the bar for hospitality, with warmth, wit, and helpful advice for how to spend our days in that area. This was easily our favorite spot during our 10 days in Ireland; put it on your list!

Ollie's walking tour of the Cliffs. Amazing experience you only get with this tour through private land. It is a moderate hike so wear good shoes and be prepared to climb over or through fences. Great shopping, restaurants and pubs. And of course, friendly people everywhere.

Ennis is a really nice town to visit. There's a nice atmosphere to the place. Even though the whole of the centre was being dug up for improvements it was still really interesting to walk around. The bars were great. Good music and never closed if you were still drinking, it seemed.

It has great potential but over the last few years it has disimproved. It used to be much more buzzy, with many more shops and venues open. Still, it is close to so many lovely places to swim and walk. Monks was ok, we got shunted out of table as bigger group was coming in, and the food was just ok. Went to brillant old bar, O Laughlinns I think. Great, packed, lovely atmosphere, atmospheric, but nearly had a heart attach at the price of two very good whiskeys. Couldnt do this too often. Far less tourists around, I wonder why?

What a lovely town. Went into Eugens for a whiskey tasting would highly recommend it. Eugene is a great guy thought me how to drink Irish Mist correctly, it was delicious. Paid a visit to the Falls hotel had a lovely irish coffee. The view of the cascades from the hotel are stunning. Attended an after wedding event at Pot Duggans what a great place. Friendly, fun lots to do in a beautiful area. In two days we visited the Burren Smokehouse, went on the Doolin Ferry to see the Cliffs of Moher and Harry Potter's Cave, we visited Doolin Cave (a highlight), we played pitch and putt - twice, we listened to traditional Irish music in McGanns which had a great food and really fun atmosphere and fab staff. We had a drink at Gus O'Connors (again very friendly and fun) and lovely fish and chips at Russell's Fish Bar. We made a quick visit to Lahinch and the beach on the easy return trip to Shannon Airport.
