MexicoThe Hotel is in perfect location at the beach. All the rooms have sea view. The beds where wide and confortable. The spa is very nice. The hotel inside is nice. The food was good. It was quiet. Almost all the installations were in good conditions. The manager gave us a free lunch when we arrive and a couple of wine cups on compensation of tje jakkizi that was temporary out of service. The crew are very nice and always want to help in order for us to have a pleasent stay.

She asked us daily about our staying in the Hotel, arranged repair, additional towels, bath robe, hair dryer and etc. Actually only due to her efforts we rated hotel for 10 of 10.
Good quality of the food service - enough place, food. Crew was trying to maintain service on high level as hard as they can

Fantastic location with a view over the Dead Sea (the better place would have been only on the shore, but since several years, this no longer possible). Beautiful setting, sitting out under the stars for hours with the view of the Dead Sea right there....so quiet! We were grateful for the air conditioning and refrigerator (it was very hot outside--but in the evening cooled way down). Very close to Ein Gedi and just down the road from Qumran and Massada. A good, quiet place suitable for a short vacation. Overall a good experience for the value. A few glitches in the spa - mainly in the support service. So, for example, it is written in the guest information that the spa is open from 7:30, but the receptionist at the spa at 8:00 refused to register us for treatment, the phone to the spa was not answered, but the other things made up for it.
