The location is excellent, within walking distance to many attractions and key places, which made exploring the area so convenient. The service was outstanding – the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day off right. A lovely touch was the special table available throughout the day with juice and biscuits – perfect for a quick refreshment after returning from sightseeing. The best way to experience Jerusalem is with a licensed tour...
The best way to experience Jerusalem is with a licensed tour guide. There is so much in this city to discover and uncover. I have been many times, and always learn and discover something new. I do not recommend a car in the city. Walking is best. There are many local buses and you can also take a cab. The food is incredible, as are the diversity of people and cultures.Guest review byCatherineUnited States - 10.0
The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area...
The Judean Hills, just outside Jerusalem lie in an area entirely reforested and, thanks to arson attacks over the years by certain enemies of Israel, grows ever more lush. Neve Ilan sits atop one of the hills and the views in every direction are amazing. The air is a pure as mountain air and the sky an almost perpetual blue. A most peaceful retreat away from everyday stresses and pressures.Guest review byFlyboy10United Kingdom - 8.0

Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. It's a gem I had not known was there in 30 years coming to the general area!Guest review bytravel smartUnited States - 2.0

After a long day on the road on our way to Dream Vacation we tried contacting the property. Our call went right into voicemail. We found the tiny street that the property was supposedly on. We did not see any signs so we knocked on a door. The man who answered it lived on the street his whole life. He took us up and down dangerous steps in the dark. We could not find the place. Without alternative, we had to drive home to Tel Aviv. The property charged us for the room and the payment went through Bookings.comGuest review byIlanaUnited States - 10.0

Natan the manager was always available and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed that was within his capacity. The house is basic and met most of our needs excluding a fan or exhaust in the master bathroom and a closet/dresser in master bedroom. We used the one in the 2nd bedroom. He cleaned the pool and hot tub to my liking after I requested it. He was very helpful with different directions, special hidden spots, and even fixed my phone when I couldn't get wifi. It would be most helpful to have the address of the back of the house where the car enters.Guest review byRuthieIsrael - 10.0
The most beautiful city in the world!
The most beautiful city in the world! It has much more peace and harmony than you think before coming there. A combination of history, religions and ancient sites along with spirituality, warm-hearted people, flavors and modernization!Guest review byORELIsrael - 10.0
Jerusalem is a wonderful city to visit any time of year.
Jerusalem is a wonderful city to visit any time of year. We are American and were a bit hesitant to visit during the current state of affairs. We are glad we kept our plans. Due to low tourism we were able to see the old city and many other historical sites with out the burden of crowds. We experienced one alarm while we were there and neighbors kindly walked us to a local bomb shelter. The Jewish people are resilient, no matter the situation you see tons of families with children out and about and the parks are full of activity. They are living life as usual and you would never know there is conflict going on. The city feels very safe, we ate late at restaurants and walked late in the night thru the neighborhoods back to our apartment and always felt safe. Getting around is easy, we walked mostly but when needed taxi service (Gett app is preferred) was our preference, but they have a good bus system. Rail that runs near the old city is currently out of service but due back up soon.Guest review byjenniUnited States
