The staff was so nice to us, they made us a good deal for an upgrade and we got a beautiful room for much cheaper from the price. It's really a nice hotel and a good location on the beachfront. It's really worth the money and we had good time. Thank you very much dan hotel!!!!!!

Pros: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, you really feel like you are in a top quality resort. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner is out of this world - so many tasty dishes and a wide verity of top quality cuisine. The beach is very close. The area feels very secure. The valets and reception staff are awesome. When we encountered difficulties - Sigalit in customer relations did an excellent job of helping us.

We stayed at a new complex in Eilat and had a wonderful experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with attention to every detail – stylish furniture .. The pool was calm and pleasant, in the morning time, the kitchen fully equipped, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Staff were super friendly and helpful, including the kind security guard who was always available with a smile. We truly hope they maintain this great standard – we’ll definitely come back. And of course – the location is perfect!

All was more than just likeable. We loved it! Great service everywhere: in the restaurant, bar, pool, lobby, clean and spacious - it's a great place! The restaurant was fantastic, especially when you compare price/value. It's not fine dining and it's not intended to be, which is completely fine. The buffet is great with an enormous selection of salads and small plates, fruits and vegetables and many many other nicely prepared small plates. Excellent experience. The main dishes are also very good and I must point out the great service from everyone we received in the restaurant - great team! The pool area is great too. Many places, small or big areas to chose from and the hotel rooms balconies or patios are a great spot to relax as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a small apartment feel. Very clean and well maintained. Around the hotel there is also plenty to do with many lookout points and stargazing areas. Easy to find and easy to walk back to the hotel. We have met several couples that have come back to this place and had only good things to say about the place.

    Even when we arrived well before the check-in in time, we were warmly greet and welcomed to hotel facilities. The whole hotel territory is just lovely made. It's designed with attention to details that add to guests' comfort. There is enough space for everyone - children are having great time and parents stay relaxed. It is safe for little ones - all the pools are encircled with ropes to avoid an accidental fall. There are water distribution points , which is important during hot months. The territory is nice and green - you walk through palmtrees and grapefruit trees. Our children were totally astonished by the richness of the "electronic games" section and kids attractions area. Hotel offered a rich entertaining program - jugglers, live music, etc - was interesting too. Sports facilities are also good. Location of the hotel hardly can be better. It's in the middle of everything, close to many restaurants, a small park, and a shopping center - yet close to the Red Sea and a public beach as well. Bus stop is nearby - but with so many inexpensive taxis, you don't necessarily need a bus.

    Extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to Alona and unfortunately didn't memorize the name of the young fela who assisted us with the local attractions and the late check-out. Not quite sure, but his name may be Afek or something similar. Ther was a birthday surprise prepared for my sister-in-law in her room, per our request. This is highly appreciated. Very tasty food and full cornucopia in the breakfast/ dinner facility. Great entertainment. We used the spa. Unforgettable massage by Oxana. Pull and the rest of the facility are just the top notch. Highly professional entertainment Sun Band (Avi Haim) made us enjoy our time better than Broadway or Las Vegas.

    Fabulous hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony area and with tea and coffee and toiletries provided (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturiser). The pool area was amazing and the breakfast was insane, more choice than you could ever possibly need! Only about 10 mins walk to the beach. There are some building works just outside the hotel but once completed the area outside should be nice too and the noise can't be heard from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel!

    Beautiful place!! Artistic building in a great location. The weather in Eilat was so good like in the summer and there is a pool in the hotel and also outside in a walking distance a beach of the red sea. The service was very nice , staff are professional and have very good soft skills . This is a real 5 start hotel very high standard, high quality , extremely recomnded .

    Eilat is a great place to scuba dive, snorkel, or do water sports. It is also extremely hot. So if your reason for going is to be underwater, I recommend it. If you want to be on land, don't come in the summer.

    We have been many times to Ein Bokek. Love the Dead Sea area. Great walks along the front early in the morning. And only a few minutes walk to the Dead Sea Mall. Aet at Greg's in the Mall. Could do with more shops in the Mall.

    Overall a great place to stay however front desk had problems communicating in English. In addition request for blankets for star gazing. Request midday not a problem however when time to collect from front desk not only was the request not completed the gentleman was rude and arrogant.

    Closet town to the airbase ( ceremony event ) thought best...

    Closet town to the airbase ( ceremony event ) thought best to take a hotel for a night , enjoy the airforce ceremony and spend the night in Beersheba then head north the following day. The hotel was so bad I truly considered leaving ! However I had plans to pick up my daughter from a location close by the next morning so i reluctantly stayed the night.

It was within a short distance from the beach as well. Not much activities per se. An art museum, cultural museum pertaining to the history of Ashdod and a couple of scenic views ( Givat Yonah). Our favorite eating place was on the beach called Petra - great shashukah. We had a car and getting around with the help of google maps was relatively easy. Otherwise, it could be a bit confusing with the many round abouts and complicated street grid. Our favorite spot was the beach and just walking around. A big Russian community there.

    I am biased since I love Arad.

    I am biased since I love Arad. This small city above the Dead Sea, with its clean, fresh air, peacefulness and quietness, and amazing Judean Desert views is very special. It soothes the nerves and does wonders for one's health. If you a lover of busy (and noisy) nightlife, this is not a place for you. But if you seek rest, peace, and tranquility, visit Arad.

    Lovely relaxing sea side.

    Lovely relaxing sea side. Good variety of restaurants and cafes by the Marina. Wonderful beach (Bar Kochba) with plentiful sunshades but without facilities (not even a kiosk open - September). Town looks clean and well kept.

    Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is.

    Wow, shocked at how bad this hotel is. I don’t think you can really call it a hotel. Tiny rooms, zero view, very run down. Hotel restaurant has some of the worst food we have ever had and is super expaive. The pool is a kibitz pool shared with residents.

    Room was fine and it was clean, but, needed a major face-lift..One tiny single blanket was provided for two if us. Ants were crawling in the bed. Tv wasn't working, electricity cut off of at 7.30 in the morning, which forced us to get up due the the extreme heat as aircon did not work There were coffee and tea satches but no cups ans spoons

    Eilat is lovely. A perfect resort. Great restaurants.

    Eilat is lovely. A perfect resort. Great restaurants. Great Red Sea. Clean and refreshing. Swimming with nice fish around you, even 10 meters from the beach. I wish Israel would become a peaceful place to accommodate the tourists. Eilat can be a perfect destination for vacation if the politics were accommodating and Israel became an integral part of the Middle East.
