- From CAD 376.25 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 885 reviewsThis is our second time staying at the Cidade and the umpteenth time we have visited it, since my father lived nearby for many years. It's one of my family's favourite places on earth, a true home from home, so I am perhaps not an objective reviewer, but I am a big fan. The location is picture perfect; the modest, understated architecture by the late, great Charles Correa is inspired by traditional Goan-Portuguese styles and blends pleasingly with the natural surroundings; the beach is gorgeous; the Indian food buffet on offer as part of the half-board plan is excellent; the facilities are what you expect from a hotel of its class. What is truly exceptional is the staff, who were uniformly warm, welcoming, helpful, and efficient.Guest review byskylarkIsrael

The view from our room was breathtaking. The airport is only 10 minutes drive. The breakfast and buffet was particulsarly impressive. The staff was very friendly and helped us in every way including a transportation to the airport. I have been visiting Goa from USA for the past 20 years. I found this jem accidentally and fell in love with it. and plan to stay at this hotel every year. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.Guest review byminooUnited States

Candolim is a nice place with good options with restaurants n cafe. One bad experience was the parking people were too rude as they do not take online payment and if u dont have handy cash they will treat rudely. Rest the shacks the beach is good. Shopping options are there. PLease check reaturants menu before entering some famous places like tomotoes are a bit over priced. Also while shopping on beach lanes check places and options like all in Rs 50 or 100. it will save your money. Please carry chnage cash particulary for parking. Rest all was good.Guest review bychandrashekharIndia - 8.0

It is not easy to get around Anjuna, everything is very spread out and at night the wild dogs are quite agressive which I struggled with. I enjoy walking, but here you need to have a car / scooter or take lots of taxis. The market was good, we ate in nice restaurants like The Tanjore Tiffin (a bit more up market and we loved it), MS Slow Tide and Pirates Cafe on the beach. We also had a night out in Juna nightclub - good fun with great cocktails. Overall I didn't like Anjuna much, we were there in the low season and we struggled with getting around and all the dogs. It really depends what you're looking for, but for me Candolim was a better location and we left Anjuna early to return there.Guest review byHeatherUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Morjim beach is one of the cleanest and relaxed beaches in Goa. Also, it has good shacks where you can enjoy food and chill. If you like quiet beach walks without lot of noise and chaos, it's best to stay here. Morjim is surrounded by greenery.Guest review byRohanIndia - 4.0

The Beach sharks can be pretty rude and the food is not very good though there are some really good places though there are a lot of Russian people there.
