Not sure why was the roads undone in many of the routes that...
Not sure why was the roads undone in many of the routes that we travelled from Dimapur to Kohima... Not sure why were a good stretch of trees cut down... Not sure why is it not clean... Not sure why the waters in hotel, domestic airport not clean... Super chaotic roads and driving, it's very dusty, foods are very expensive... felt like being in midst of a warring area with lot of defence personals around... etc. As per all the stories which was previously heard to current experience this was amazingly bad..!Guest review byJomon - 8.0
Kohima is not so quaint, upbeat , happening and stylish town...
Kohima is not so quaint, upbeat , happening and stylish town in itself. The food, people and the sight seeing all is great. I visited during the christmas vacation thus majorly restaurants were closed but ofcourse I had the time to enjoy lots of food( heaven for non vegetarians btw) what a beautiful town and super view points.. clean streets and smiling people.. please shop for some very stylish garments here as you would want to looking at the locals style. Places to visit: churches, cafes, khonoma and dzuleke. If you can manage treks then dzuko is worth it( camp at night, accommodation available at top) japfu trek is actual tuff trek and please take a local and be prepared for some heart in mouth moments. Kohima can be easily travelled for 3 days without trek and more with treksGuest review bySapraIndia
