- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 73 reviewsStaying at Casa Angelina is a very special experience. Everything about the hotel is world class. The location and view from the rooms is one of the best in Europe, in fact, the world. The staff are available, friendly and willing to respond immediately to any request. The range and quality of the food at breakfast, and in the casual dining restaurant was excellent. We did not use the fine-dining restaurant. The rooms were immaculate, the toiletries supplied top quality and to your choice. Housekeeping was attentive. I think the room received attention 4 times a day. When your eyes take a break from the spectacular view, the hotel boasts a wonderful collection of whimsical sculptures. We used the complimentary valet parking and the car was returned to us having been washed and valeted inside. If only the car hire people had taken the same effort before I picked it up. Oh, and they have a gelato cart in the driveway. The hotel is expensive (although not the most expensive in the area) but we did not regret a penny spent at this fabulous haven.Guest review byRobertUnited States
- From $645.15 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 355 reviewsI love every minute of staying in this hotel. I see lots of hotel in my life and even work in 5 star properties. But this hotel is a true gem, it’s the place where you want to come again and bring all your family and friends just to share that amazing experience with the loved ones. It’s the type of hotel where people come in generations with rich history but feels very modern. Food was a true Italian masterpiece, breakfast exceptional, everything was so delicious. The beach and the way to water so cinematic. The room cleaning and amenities are on high level of standard. The people who work there are truly love this hotel and make the every way possible for you to feel welcome and happy and 0 stress. After living in a big city this hotel tells like I connecting to nature and myself again. We take a short trip to Positano 15 minutes on water taxi which is just an amazing way to see the stunning views from water. Thank you to each and everyone who make this hotel operate and be such a dream place to stay.Guest review byMariiaUkraine
- From $2,838.66 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 121 reviewsCaruso Belmond hotel in Ravello is beyond exceptional. Special thank you to Alessio for making our stay so wonderful and welcoming. So very thankful for the amazing room. The food and service in the restaurants was exceptional, we loved everything. Only unhappy with the sommelier at dinner where she couldn’t connect with us at all for a recommendation of a good wine. All she wanted to do was recommend €270 bottles without listening to the needs and preferences that we had. Oh well, can’t be perfect for everything. It’s a small thing but overall, we loved the hotel and staff so much. Our stay here was so special and we definitely want to come back! Highly recommend Ravello and anyone coming here to stay in Caruso Belmond. It’s beyond exceptional for us. Thank you again!Guest review byChrisCanada

Great base for visiting other villages along the coast.
Great base for visiting other villages along the coast. Pretty town with plenty of small shops for gifts and ceramics. Wide range of restaurants, busy ones on the central square and secluded ones up steps and in alleys - all full of character. Limited suppplies for apartment cooking so we had to eat out for all meals but prices the same as UK. La Perla restaurant made excellent gluten free pizza! Very easy to eat gluten free as most menus clearly marked. Crowded during the day.Guest review byKimUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I loved Positano, the people, the vibe, the culture and the beauty. I highly recommend going and staying in the heart of it all. I always felt safe and comfortable. I always walked at night and never had an issue. There's lots to see and do. I took in a sunset cruise, such an incredible way to see the coastline. The food is amazing, always fresh ingredients. You feel like family when you sit down to eat. It's an absolutely stunning place. Go if you have a chance.Guest review byLauraCanada - 10.0
Maiori is an interesting town on the Amalfi Coast.
Maiori is an interesting town on the Amalfi Coast. The beach is big and much more accessible that other towns. The local bus service (Sita) is good except that the buses fill up and you can be left waiting for the next one and hopefully get on it. The Amalfi Coast road is amazing, winding, narrow and so busy with traffic nonstop passing with inches to spare - sometimes buses and cars have to back up to pass on some parts. The Italian bus drivers are extremely skilled - some are nice, but some are extremely mean (and I think hate Tourists)Guest review byMiddletonAustralia - 10.0

I booked the Double Room with Sea View for good money but at no value. The room had a window with blinds that were broken and not possible to open, so instead of the sea view I've got the 4 walls closed space (perfect for Amalfi coast vacation!). Old smelly absolutely shaky furniture, cracks on the walls, dirty walls that haven't seen any paint since the building was finished I guess. Even the soap saucer in the bathroom was cracked. Announced breakfast is just stale croissants with jam and lowkey coffee. Worst experience ever, don't recommend anyone.Guest review byAlinaUkraine - 10.0

We loved our time in Ravello so much to see and do in the Amalfi coast, if you are going to drive be mindful of the busy winding roads, we pretty much walked everywhere but buses and taxis are available and Vespa’s can be hired if your up for an adventure.Guest review byDainaAustralia - 8.0

Furore is around 15km from amalfi, sounds close but in reality due to the winding roads it takes around 25 minutes in a car/bus Furore is quite spread out so you need to take that in to account when staying there. Car/moped is the best method of transport followed by the bus, walking is an option but be prepared for many steep hills. This is a perfect base to get into amalfi, but be aware that parking in amalfi itself is challenging and the police/car towing companies are red hot!Guest review byMARKUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of good restaurants and enough markets for everyday needs. The area also offers great historical sites to explore, along with the beautiful Valle delle Ferriere nature park nearby. A convenient bus stop with frequent service makes it easy to get around the area without a car.Guest review byNemanjaSerbia
