Beds amazing we cancelled our first Hotel after the first Night and immediately booked this room. Because the service and Bed was miserable.

The staff helped us from the beginning by giving the detailed information before we arrived there. Although they are assertive, the personnel immediately react to the messages. The room "B" is really cozy and comfortable, clean and spacious.

The hotel is very nice, located very closed to restaurants and coffee bars, and to Piazza Sordello. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. There is parking at the hotel (paid) which is an advantage. The service was good and welcoming. I would stay there again.

The rooms were exceptionally large, comfortable and beautifully setup. The hotel was very modern, yet still had the feel of old Italy. The location was outstanding and close to many important sites. The hotel staff was very friendly and exceedingly helpful.
