- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 450 reviewsI liked everything at this resort. I stayed for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. It has amazing views from the breakfast and pools areas. The beach was small but I liked it. It has a beautiful garden that I sat and meditate. It has multiple pools all of them are good and clean with a jacuzzi but the water was cold. Breakfast was very good and lunch and dinner at the resort is incredible . I had sea view room and my room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise at night but during the day I could hear some noises through the walls. The resort offers a two way shuttle bus to porto cervo free of charge. The resort also offers a boat trip with small groupto la Maddalena island and stop at different beaches. The trip cost 150€ including lunch aperitif and desert and free of charge bus that went to the port and dropped us back at the resort The SPA was really great and relaxing with heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish hammam. The service at the resort was a bit slow but the staff were helpful.A little renovation to this resort will make it top notch but i have a good time there. Would recommend this resort if you are looking to relax by the beach, pool and SPA with restaurants for lunch and dinner and room service especially if you don’t have a car.Guest review byNooraUnited Arab Emirates
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 271 reviewsThe hotel is on a very convenient location to go and visit west Palau, La maddalena, and Caprera or east Porto rotondo, cala di volpe and Golfo arranci. Clean and comfortable air conditioned room with fridge and hair dryer , Amazing food buffet dinner with large choice of fish or vegetable starters, pasta or rice , meat or fish main course and wine and coffee included . Breakfast was just as amazing with bacon, eggs, home made cakes and cookies and fruit and cereals. Very friendly staff. Good value for money for couples with or without children but remember this is a holiday village hotel with lots of fun and noisy activities, after 11pm it's very peaceful again.Guest review byAntonio Di RienzoItaly

Olbia as an urban city has a wonderful centre.
Olbia as an urban city has a wonderful centre. The harbour and plaza areas are beautiful as are the two main churches. There is a great park with lots of play and sport facilities for all age groups. - across the road from the Martini hotel. There are also children's play areas situated along the harbour front There are numerous really good Italian and fish restaurants. There is a good selection of craft, souvenir and clothes shops to suit all budgets, We would have liked to have visited the museum but there were conservation conferences being held there the week we were visiting. We visited the small harbour front market and the larger Saturday market. During our week-long stay we spent one day at Mamas beach and took bus trips to a few of the small villages nearby, but to fully appreciate the beauty of Sardinia I would recommend hiring a car.Guest review byTetley18United Kingdom - 10.0

We have stayed in other very nice resorts and hotels with robust amenities throughout Sardinia and this was easily our favorite one. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. In addition to the hotel, we loved touring around Capo Testa and spent a lot of time in Santa Teresa which is a very charming town near the hotel. Next time we will spend more time at the beaches since an injury prevented us from navigating the rocky beach.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 10.0
The best place in Sardinia.
The best place in Sardinia. Cute Italian town with picturesque houses, great restaurants and the best gelato. We loved going from beach to beach, they all possess different qualities, but they are all lovely with the bluest water I’ve seen. You definitely need a car or a Vespa to get the best experience. Taking a boat trip for a day is also a must! Would strongly recommend spending a few days in La Maddalena!Guest review byTameshaNorway - 8.0

We highly recommend Palau for its great connections to La Maddalena – just a 20–25 minute ferry ride, with departures every 30 minutes. Once on La Maddalena, we rented a rubber boat (gommoni) to explore the rest of the paradise-like islands, so the location turned out to be a perfect choice.Guest review byAlejandraSwitzerland - 10.0
What an amzing place!
What an amzing place! We loved the city, the prommenades, the shopping, restaurants, and of course the beaches! We visited: Poltu Quato for a dinner at Tanit (definitely recommend), we visited beaches at: Spiaggia del Principe, Grande Pevero, and Rena Bianca, Rena Bianca was by far the best!Guest review byHusseinSwitzerland - 8.0
Lovely quiet Sardinian resort.
Lovely quiet Sardinian resort. Very good restaurants and snack bars. Great little harbour which holds local markets a couple of times a week. If you’re looking for a quiet break just to have a rest this is the place to go.Guest review byMags WardUnited Kingdom - 6.0

The location of the Village was excellent with easy access to the sea with hotel transport. This is not a 5* and whilst the staff were lovely and friendly rooms could have been cleaner and bed clothes changed at least once in 8 days - they weren't. Breakfast and dinner were adequate, though repetitive - main course fish three days running and pork also on three days. It was a bit like Hogwarts without the discipline and a lot of pushing and shoving. The bar was very expensive - two vodka tonics 32 euros - and there was a total absence of service during the day - no coffee shop / cafe. The weather was great, the sea perfect and we managed to relax. I don't think I would go back.Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Nice small and relaxed sea side town with good choice of restaurants. Lovely to stroll around, finish with a gelato and walking home. We loved Barracuda for its expert preparation of super fresh seafood and Blue Cobalto for its beautiful setting.Guest review byISABELLESwitzerland - 6.0
Porto San Paolo is a jumping point for Tavolara island.
Porto San Paolo is a jumping point for Tavolara island. We visited in low season (end of May) so the town was still sleepy and some business were still closed, but i am sure in the high season it becomes more lively.Guest review byNicoletta CorradiUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Porto Rotondo is a lovely place.
Porto Rotondo is a lovely place. It is very exclusive and the food and drink prices reflect that. Don't go if you want to save money! The beaches are great and the sea is as clear as a bell. Lovely marina with some wonderful boats.Guest review byKarenUnited Kingdom
