Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

The experience was made extraordinary by the incredible staff, particularly two outstanding employees who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
Farah, one of the hotel's employees, was an absolute delight. Her cheerful demeanor and eagerness to assist made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always ready with a smile and willing to help with any request we had, making our stay incredibly pleasant.
Another remarkable staff member was a gentleman with dark skin whose name, unfortunately, escapes me. His exceptional kindness and helpfulness truly saved the day for us. During our stay, a marathon event caused road closures, making our planned route to the airport impassable. This incredible employee took it upon himself to guide us on the best alternative route, ensuring we made it to the airport on time and didn't miss our flight. His dedication and assistance were invaluable and deeply appreciated.
The hotel's beautiful location on Lake Como, combined with the exceptional service provided by its staff, made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, delightful and stress-free experience in one of Italy's most picturesque regions.

What sets this hotel apart are its amenities. With 11 padel courts, both indoor and outdoor, it’s a dream for sports lovers. The pool was equally impressive—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent, offering beverages, fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order options.
They offered us a free ride to the nearby train station, which was a thoughtful extra that made local travel effortless.
In short, Como Hills Hotel goes above and beyond in every way, whether you're here for leisure, sports, or a mix of both. I couldn’t recommend it more and can’t wait to return.

A Haven of Alpine Tranquillity
Surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Alps, Lake Como is a long, thin lake in the shape of an inverse ‘Y’. At its south-west corner is the beautiful town that it’s named after – Como. A short train ride from Milan, this is the starting point for several Lake Como cruises. If you take the funicular railway up to Brunate you get magnificent views of the lake and mountains, towards Switzerland just to the west.
The laidback and sophisticated way of life makes Como Lake popular with celebrities and several have homes in exclusive Bellagio, which is almost entirely surrounded by water. The views here are breathtaking, so it’s easy to see why of all the Lake Como hotels, Bellagio has the greatest concentration.
Just across the water are Lenno, Tremezzo and Menaggio, home to many exclusive lakefront hotels, many with swimming pools. You can actually swim in some parts of the lake, and the best beaches are found in the area near Gravedona in the north. Fanning out around a small harbour, this town offers some of the best Lake Como watersports.

Lecco is in the south part of Lake Como, but from almost all the cities that we look around the Lake, apart from Bellagio, Lecco is the most picturesque because the mountains chain in the Background. Is simply breathtaking. The city itself has nice restaurants, stores and the walk around the lake is fantastic. Is served from a Train station the reaches Milan and the airports in few times, make it easy to depart and come from overseas. It was an excellent stay and really liked staying in Menaggio and moving everytime to another place. The two best locations to stay are Menaggio or Bellagio. It's a cute town with some lovely restaurants and easy enough to walk around for someone of average fitness. However if your purpose is to explore most of Lake Como, you will be limited to the slow ferry up to Bellagio / Varenna / Menaggio which takes 2-3hours. We had originally booked to stay in Varenna but cancelled due to works on the train line to get there. It still would have been a better option, or just staying in Como town to access the fast ferry. Most of the private boat tours also pick up from Como or from the "Golden Triangle" of the lake.Guest review byLouiseAustralia - 10.0

I’d definetly book this place again, great views. It was fairly easy to get to and from, bit of a long journey but didn’t mind. The staff were great and the other people staying were nice to very international and friendly oh and I loved seeing peoples dogs but I’m not sure if they were staying there? Pretty little lake side town across lake from Lecco. Easy walk of 25 mins to Lecco centre with plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets/marts within walking distance.
