Paola at the front desk - went above and beyond to help me numerous times. Testa Nadia and Valentina in the bar and restaurant were so kind and also went way above and beyond to help me! The property was well kept - a hidden gem for sure. The rooms were enormous - such a treat. Breakfast was delicious, the pool and outdoor area was stunning. Pantelleria is a hidden gem. Still untouched from mass tourism. The whole island is a nature preserve. The water is spectacular although sometimes hard to get down to. Shopping is limited however dining out is not a problem and quite good.Guest review byAndreasGermany - 6.0
