Davide and the Calea concierge and staff were entirely so fantastic, professional, helpful and friendly. This location is amazing, next to the beach and lake, great walking trails. My room was clean, comfortable and I felt very safe here 🏆. Angela up at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel is an absolute gift and immaculate representation of the level of service required of Calea employees. Plus she makes one of the best Hugos in Naples!!

What an amazing stay we had! Paola and Dario were so helpful and warm. You can tell they truly love what they do and want their guests to have the best experience on the island. Breakfast is included and always had delicious cakes and pastries along with made to order omelettes. They were always there to answer any questions we have and were also super helpful with booking activities for us like a boat day. They even picked us up at the port AND dropped us off when we were leaving. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for everything! Also one thing to note: when looking for the hotel on google maps, the name of the hotel is actually Hotel Ideal in Forio* My sister got dropped off at the wrong hotel when she first arrived so make sure to search it under Hotel Ideal

Amazing rooms and beyond images shown on the Web. The interior design is amazing. Breakfast was superb (you can ask for omelette and yogurt if there isn’t in the buffet). Rocco is a great host who helped us also with reservation for an excellent restaurant.

It is full of friendly staff. It is bery clean and the breakfast is splendid. The location is quiet and it has its own fine dining restaurant where you can eat many Napolitan and Italian dishes. It is also very close to Puozzoli and Bacoli town centers. The property is very modern structured with elevator directly to the hotel’s parking lot.

If you are like me and stumbled upon this cute place accidentaly, look no further, book it immediately and you will feel like home, like you are visiting your Italian family! My 7 year old son and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Giuseppina and hopefully come back someday again! We were greeted with a warm welcome of refreshing beverages after a long travel day. The room was very comfortable with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The Hotel has a very cute garden with different flowers and plants growing around. The pool was amazing, my son spent long hours of swimming and loved it very much. One of my personal favorites about our stay at Casa Giuseppina was a curated three meal dinner daily, from fresh ingredients of the day: one day seafood theme, then italian meats, pastas and traditional ischia rabbit dinner. Food so delicious and fantastic! Five stars⭐️ compliments to Casa Giuseppina family Michele and his wife and Peppe!! No need to go and search for dinner places elsewhere! top notch! The chefs were also very accomodating to my picky 7 year old, offering alternatives🫶 Breakfasr was also very amazing, with tons of most delicious fresh fruits, yogurt, cornettos, cereals, fresh juice, scrambled eggs and best freshly made cappucinos and more! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. I am so happy and grateful that I found this place on booking.com. Great location. Right next to a bus stop, beautiful beaches around such as Cavagrado, Maronti and Poseidon and Forio.
