Good: For an affordable place very near to the airport without any visible staff, the room itself was actually really quite nice and had everything I needed for a quick stay. It was clean and comfortable. It's perhaps a 15 minute walk to the airport, so the location for when you're flying the next day is excellent. Keep in mind: The rooms are only accesible via stairs, so any luggage has to be carried up. It's a self check in, I received my password and instructions via WhatsApp. The location seemed to be on an industrial terrain and you need to walk through a short tunnel and on some areas without a real sidewalk. Good location, close to the airport and shopping centre. Hotel is offering airport/hotel transfer €5 per person. Very good breakfast and nice restaurant for dinning in the evening or bar where you can watch football while having a drink. Very nice staff. Double room has good size, clean, nice bathroom. Our full day experience in QC Terme was above all expectations! The range of activities is more than one can imagine, from variety of indoor and outdoor pools (bubbles, fountains, waterfalls, ice baths, balcony baths etc), over saunas for everyone's taste (cinema sauna, healing sauna, 40 degrees to over 80 degrees), to feet treatments and face trainings, and more! Food selection was also great, with an all you can eat lunch buffet and an afternoon aperitivo. Sarnico is worth a visit.
Sarnico is worth a visit. We were there on a Saturday night and it came alive. The bars were open until 2am. Lots of bars and places to eat (although we eat at a Wine and Bruschetta bar which I wouldn't recommend). Nice walk around the edge of the lake and across the bridge to Patatico. Riva di Solto is a small and picturesque lakeside village — peaceful, authentic, and undeniably charming. But be aware: very little happens here. Even on weekends, the town remains extremely quiet, with only 1–2 restaurants open and hardly any signs of typical tourist activity. It has a lovely lakeside promenade and beautiful views, but beyond that, there’s really not much going on — no nightlife, no shops, no attractions. The atmosphere is slow, relaxed, and, at times, a bit retired in spirit. This is a place for people who truly want to disconnect, avoid crowds, and enjoy a slice of quiet, traditional Italy. Quiet, remote place, pretty close to the city of Bergamo with relatively easy access by bus! Nevertheless for them planning to visit pls get as much info prior as, Info at Bergamo practically does not exists! The info center ouside the Airport is open 09:00 - to 13:00 and that's it ! The good part of this accommodation was that the apartment was really close to the airport. We lost our flight and rescheduled for the next day early in the morning so that is the reason that we choose this apartment and because it was of the cheapest in the area. What we met was not so pleasant. There were still toilet papers even with blood inside the toilet bin, the pillows and the bedsheets where dirty, the glasse for the water had even lipstick on them and the apartment in general was not cleaned. There was a bottle of water inside the fridge ( tap water) which we never tried after what we had seen in first place. And all these for just 120€…!Guest review byArsenisGreece - 10.0
The old city is really nice and it is walkable.
The old city is really nice and it is walkable. The view from up there is incredible. There is plenty of paid parking available and there are a lot of signs. Be careful not to enter the non driving zone. My favorite place was the Basilica di San Alessandro, we went there the day prior to the San Alessandro's celebration and they were singing.
