Graziana, the host, is very nice and helpful person. The apartment was not occupied before our arrival, so she allowed us to check-in before 9 am. Instructions, how to get to the apartment, were very clear. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette is well enough for a few days stay. It is Italy, so you do not have to cook by yourself anyway. We asked for ironing equipment and Graziana provided an iron and board. At check-out she even presented us a bottle of own made olive oil.
