- From $429.70 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 286 reviewsThis review is written from the heart, because this place was simply amazing — and words cannot do it justice. Staying here felt like stepping into a vivid dream: full of colors, beauty, and peace. The photos are stunning, the reviews are glowing, and while they are all true, they cannot capture the experience of being here. This is much more than a hotel — it is a living center of Sardinian history and culture. Giovanna and her husband have done an exceptional job transforming what was once a humble family restaurant into an extraordinary universe for both locals and visitors. Time seems to stop inside. The property is larger than expected, with quite a few stairs (something to be aware of), and everywhere you look there are thoughtful details. The rooms are charming and comfortable, with beds designed for rest and interiors that feel like home rather than a typical hotel. The corridors are lined with art, traditional costumes, and books — a living tribute to Sardinia’s heritage. Take the time to explore it all; it’s worth it. From the garden with homegrown herbs and chickens, to the different bars, to the quiet corners filled with color and character — every space inspires wonder. Breakfast was lovely, with quality ingredients and plenty of choice, and during the day there were other dining options available. We also took part in one of their experiences — the centenary tradition — and it left us speechless. I won’t spoil it, because it is something you must discover for yourself, but it moved me deeply, and even now I feel emotional just recalling it. The combination of setting, food, storytelling, and history made it one of the most special experiences I have ever had. This is not just a place to stay — it is an immersive journey that makes you feel warm, cared for, and connected to something bigger. Thank you to Giovanna, her husband, and the whole team. We will absolutely be back, because once you’ve lived this, there is no other option. ♥Guest review byNaiara Larrañaga GomezDenmark
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 1,344 reviewsWe really enjoyed our stay at Perdepera Resort. We went there for our honeymoon and asked for something special to be prepared – we were very happy with what we found waiting for us. During our stay we tried different activities: a relaxing massage and we also booked a boat trip through the resort (extra cost, but they arranged everything for us). The à la carte dinner is also worth recommending, very good food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English, but it was never a big issue, and I even got to practice some of the Italian words I knew. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Perdepera Resort.Guest review byMegyesiRomania
- From $269.73 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Excellent - What previous guests thought, 401 reviewsReally lovely resort hotel, tucked into the hills above Pula in beautiful natural surroundings, just a few minutes from the beach. This hotel saved us, as we had booked another hotel nearby but detected bedbugs at it upon arrival and had to leave! We ended up at Is Molas quite late at night, but luckily they were able to accommodate us, even giving us an upgraded room and arranging for toasties at the bar, as we had missed dinner due to all the drama at the other hotel. Truly an oasis for us, very peaceful and it was great to spend the next day just relaxing in the hotel grounds after the travails of the day before!Guest review byJenniferUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 2,600 reviewsQuick walk to the beach umbrella and chairs included. Next to town so an easy walk into town for dinner, shopping or to catch a boat tour at the marina. We left our car in the parking lot as everything is walking distance. Room was large and had a large balcony all very clean and nice. The property was very well maintained. buffet breakfast was included in our stay and it was excellent. Everything from eggs and bacon to fresh fruit to sweet breads yogurt, cold cuts, etc. and excellent coffee all in abundance. We didn't want to leave.Guest review bytoddUnited States
- From $180.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 712 reviewsThe property looks just like the images online, it’s has a beautiful pool, beautiful and clean beach, the rooms were super clean and deigned well. We were travelling with my pregnant sister and they were super accommodating with the location of the rooms. It felt really safe and it may be that we travelled late in august but it wasn’t over crowded, and it is a perfect get away with family where you can completely switch off and relax.Guest review byFjollaUnited Kingdom

A lovely relaxed city with a historic centre some lovely bars near the marina and beaches and similarly lovely restaurants. It may be crazy but we were both impressed by the fact that all traffic stopped for us at zebra crossings (of which there were loads) unlike in many places in Italy where they don’t seem to know what such road markings are for.Guest review byHoldsworth - 10.0

Easy to get to the beaches by bus - tickets from local Tabac need to be validated by machine as you enter the bus. Very hilly but location of apartment is half way so it’s easy to go up for the historical sights and down for the port, marina, bus and train stations.Guest review byKymUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It's a beautiful place but it was very obvious that most of the locals were not super thrilled about the tourists and they took a lot of opportunities to overcharge and scam us, particularly at some restaurants. Please note that some people were very kind and welcoming but that wasn't common unfortunately. I wish I could say I loved San Teodoro but I had a much nicer time in Olbia.Guest review byLilianAustralia - 6.0

We have stayed in other very nice resorts and hotels with robust amenities throughout Sardinia and this was easily our favorite one. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. In addition to the hotel, we loved touring around Capo Testa and spent a lot of time in Santa Teresa which is a very charming town near the hotel. Next time we will spend more time at the beaches since an injury prevented us from navigating the rocky beach.Guest review byDavidUnited States - 10.0
The best place in Sardinia.
The best place in Sardinia. Cute Italian town with picturesque houses, great restaurants and the best gelato. We loved going from beach to beach, they all possess different qualities, but they are all lovely with the bluest water I’ve seen. You definitely need a car or a Vespa to get the best experience. Taking a boat trip for a day is also a must! Would strongly recommend spending a few days in La Maddalena!Guest review byTameshaNorway - 8.0

We highly recommend Palau for its great connections to La Maddalena – just a 20–25 minute ferry ride, with departures every 30 minutes. Once on La Maddalena, we rented a rubber boat (gommoni) to explore the rest of the paradise-like islands, so the location turned out to be a perfect choice.Guest review byAlejandraSwitzerland - 10.0

Absolutely loved Orosei- such a beautiful town with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots of locals around so didn’t feel overly touristy. Within half an hour of loads of stunning beaches but Orosei beach itself is pretty good anyway. Great base for exploring the local area. We would highly recommend Pizzeria Orion for amazing pizzas!Guest review byKateUnited Kingdom
