We had a wonderful stay at Il Gabbiano, the accommodation felt very luxurious with a relaxed feel and comfortable spaces inside and out. A delicious breakfast arrives in your room every morning at the time you specify and our 8 year old loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The owner was very responsive and friendly and helped with any and all of our queries, including finding a spare phone charger when we lost ours.

Our stay at Il Nido in Stromboli was truly unforgettable. The house is decorated with great taste and perfectly reflects the charm of a traditional Strombolian home by the sea. The view is simply breathtaking, and the private terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy meals while gazing out at the endless blue. Waking up to the sunrise was pure magic: the sun rises directly in front of the bed, filling the room with stunning shades of red and warm colors. It felt like a little corner of paradise, peaceful and timeless. What made the experience even more special were the owners. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuine people. Always available and very responsive, they made us feel completely at home. They even invited us to join them for an aperitivo with their friends, which was such a lovely and authentic moment. Il Nido is a place that stays in your heart. I will definitely return, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for beauty, warmth, and a truly special stay in Stromboli.

Hosts are very kind and friendly. Location is perfect - just 2 minutes to the port and beach. Rooms are very comfortable. We also booked a tour to the volcano, hosts provide headlights and boots for no charge. The tour is a must do - the views are exceptional! Stromboli was the highlight of our trip.
