He was there to help us when needed . Bed very comfortable and close to train station and old town . A safe and quiet location .

This modern hotel is located in Merano centre, 300 metres from the train station. Rooms had good sized living room/kitchen so it felt like you weren't at a hotel. Close location to center of town. Very nice staff. Good spa center and relax center with nice teas.

The stay at the hotel was more than wonderful!! The room was gorgeous and very clean. The staff is very responsive and gave us lots of directions to nice restaurants and nice places to visit. Special thanks to the hotel host Marianna, who welcomed us very warmly and made my father's 60th birthday celebration even better!!If I come to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it, the place is wonderful.

A really beautiful spa hotel in the alps of south Tirol, awesome restaurant and the pools are really cool. They even decorated the table in the restaurant specially for my birthday.
