- From $225.17 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 92 reviewsWhat is not to love about Rio Stava? Literally nothing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed omg, I’ve never slept so soundly as I did in Rio Stava. The food is amazing, I really recommend going for the full board. The menu changes every night, you get a few options to choose from for primi, secondi and dolci and they’re all so good it’s hard to choose. Location is great, the views are beautiful and the spa is fantastic! I got a face treatment and my husband a massage and both were great. Most people come here with their kids, it’s mostly a family resort and I could see that the hotel is super prepared to receive and care for kids, so would recommend if that’s your case. My husband and I came just the two of us and it was perfect for a couple, we had a very relaxing time, so don’t feel like it’s only for families. And the staff deserves their own paragraph. Every single person working at Rio Stava is so friendly, helpful, professional, always offering to help and make your stay pleasurable. They just made our stay even better! We will definitely come back!Guest review byMarinaArgentina
- From $110.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,218 reviewsThe hotel was very good but what made it great was the fantastic spa . Wonderful heated pool with relaxing water massage features, jacuzzi tube, steam and sauna, and very reasonable massage treatments. The food which included buffet breakfast and four course dinner was excellent. This was the best value for our money we have ever experienced . Being there in the off season reduced the price but even at the high season rate we would book this hotel again.Guest review byJamesUnited States
- From $251.55 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 563 reviewsAn absolutely wonderful stay. The atmosphere and energy were simply fantastic. The town is charming, and the hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. Offers parking and a fairy-tale ambiance that makes you feel like you are in a dream. Cons: You’ll need to drive at least an hour and a half to reach the best Dolomites hiking trails, so there is some travel involved. Overall, this was a dream hotel and we had an unforgettable experience!Guest review byYossyIsrael
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 190 reviewsRooms were comfortably furnished, the staff very helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. They have the cutest dinning room! Also, a wonderful spa. Just as a bit of info to keep in mind, the spa doesn't open until 2:30 and it closes at 7:30 p.m. So, there isn't much time to use it in the evenings. The hotel has beautiful veiws of the mountains. Such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Definitely recommend it.Guest review byLouCindaUnited States

Canazei is located at the southern part of the Sella Ronda domain and you need to take a couple of lifts up to the slopes. There are also buses to get to different parts of the domains, and though they run regularly their frequency changes. Apres-ski life is more on the quiet side in Canazei and while there are a lot of restaurants in the village, we didn't find anything the marked us. There's a great (but pricey) swimming pool and wellness center and shops are OK for such a village.Guest review byYarivIsrael - 10.0

The walk from the San Pellegrino pass to rifugio fuciada is fantastic as it is pretty flat, not too far (8 km round trip approx) and can be done with snow boots even in Dec/Jan. The scenery of the mountains and warm atmosphere, drinks and food of the rifugio make it an fabulous winter walk. Busses are available from Moena to the pass.Guest review bySharon VincentUnited Kingdom - 10.0

There are three lifts close to the village and buses which are free to guest card holders which go to at least 8 more. There are suggestions of hikes from the top of all these lifts. The website fassa.com is full of information.Guest review byJudyUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Fantastic location for family skiing.
Fantastic location for family skiing. Saves you driving to the lifts. Most of the lifts and slopes connect so good choice of runs and making good value of ski pass. Plenty opportunities for shopping and dining although can get busy/oversubscribed and times so reserving tables highly recommended.Guest review byRafalUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Brilliant base for summer hiking.
Brilliant base for summer hiking. We did a three day hike, taking a taxi from Vigo to Fie/Vols, on the other side of the mountains (cost €130 for 4). Staying in a hotel in Vigo allows you to come and go between stays in mountain refuges. Next time we come, we will try to do a Via Ferrata from a refuge to get on top of one of the high peaks.Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Either you pay for parking by the slopes/cabin lifts, or you pay for skibus 😔. In any way, you pay. If you are her for skiing, be at lifts at 7:45 or after 10:00. Time between, you will wait 1 hour minimum... we have tried 3 places, still the same. Weather was nice, you just pay extra money for sun.Guest review byMartinCzech Republic - 8.0
A charming little mountain town with all the amenities.
A charming little mountain town with all the amenities. Close to other towns of the area and to the well managed ski resorts of Latemar, Ceramis, and Alpe Lusia ( Beautiful views with comfortable runs for intermediates and beginners) We ate well at L'Bortoleto( formal dining) and MZ millenium, Montanara and HB burgers ( casual dining). You don't pay the excessive prices of places like Cortina.Guest review byStephanieItaly - 8.0

There's an physical rehabilitation center in the town, mostly seniors who are ill. With 270 deg of fabulous often snow covered mountains, I wouldn't want to get well too quickly. All Italian but still very Alpine charm, just on the edge of the Sud Tirol area with 3000m+ mountains in the backdrop.Guest review bymatt hillItaly - 10.0

Great base for sk-ing. A variety of shops with quality souvenirs & lots of restaurants & bars which would appeal to all ages & pockets. A traditional town with beautifully painted buildings with stunning mountain views- particularly striking in the snow !Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom
