My experience was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful; we requested to change our room because the one facing the street was noisy, and they immediately accommodated us with a new room. The next day, they followed up to ask if our new room was comfortable, which I appreciated. The hotel also offers WhatsApp service for guests, making communication easy. Additionally, they provide a valet service that allows guests to relax without worrying about parking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with attentive service!

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional boutique hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The interior design is nothing short of remarkable, perfectly embodying the quintessential boutique hotel aesthetic that I adore. I couldn't have asked for a more delightful experience. This boutique hotel is an absolute gem!

We loved our stay here. Admittedly we were given an upgrade, which was much appreciated as we were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. The swimming pool wasn't huge, but big enough to cool down. It had a lovely ambience. The location was great, in the "Venice" of Livorno and walking distance to great eateries. The breakfast was also good. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We found Florence in November to be very nice.

We found Florence in November to be very nice. Less tourist, shops still open. Loved the streets at night, they are all lit up and not threatening- actually welcoming. The bridges are very pretty, especially at night. So many cathedrals. So many restaurants. So much wine. We had a nice time. Florence is not too big and not too small. We also found that the city had a good handle on the trash and cleaning. If you get up early, you can see the people of Florence polishing and cleaning storefront windows and handles. They take great pride in the city

The main drawcard of Pisa is the Tower, and it doesn't disappoint. If you are visiting you should buy tickets to climb the tower and take in the view. Not only is the view great, climbing the steps allows you to feel the lean of the tower which is something else! The baptistry and duomo are gorgeous and worth a visit along with the surrounding museums. Pisa was crazy during the day with all of the day tripping tourists, but calm and quiet in the evening and early morning allowing a great opportunity to have the tower to yourself.

An underrated gem.

An underrated gem. Lucca has so much heart; no modern buildings, or anything to take you out of the serene setting of this city. Being so close to Pisa and Florence, it gets unfortunately overshadowed. However if you want the authentic Italian experience Lucca is a must. From wine tasting in the hills, to fantastic dinners around the city, this place to me, ranks far above the larger cities we saw on this trip. The cathedral and churches are a must, as well as the walk around the city wall. Although not too much to explore around the area, you slip right in to the daily life of an Italian. Morning focaccia and a cauppicono to the afternoon relax, Lucca is highly recommended for those who want to take a slow trip to just enjoy good wine, good food, and a lifestyle to dream of!

We are hikers and rock climbers, the location was good for climbing in nearby Monsummano, Several Via Ferattas are within an hour or two drive. The restaurants are many and most are quite good, especially in Montecatini Alto. For those who like to shop, the main plaza has a plethora of sores, including high end shops.

There's not a lot there.

There's not a lot there. And when the cruise ships come in, it gets manic with people getting on busses. We'd a BAD experience with the inspectors that come on buses. They home in on tourist's, when they checked our tickets that we did on the card machine, though not our fault, we wanted 2 tickets, it gave us 1 and the called us crimenals

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in.

Montepulciano is THE Tuscan hill-town to stay in. It is a bit bigger than its neighbors and is a fun place to wander around in. There's a lovely cafe, Lalma, just up the street from Casa degli Orti. There's great art in the town along with wonderful views, and of course, don't forget the wine! Lots of opportunities to taste what Tuscany has to offer. We had a car so we were able to drive to the other hill-towns. Pienza is cute; get some cheese! Montalcino was delightful. The whole area is simply jawdroppingly beautiful!

We were a wedding party. my husband as he is now sourced both the venue and the accommodation. it was absolutely perfect. The town garden suited us with family as each had their own bathroom. 3 adult children plus two grandchildren which was great. The location was fantastic, lots of places to eat and near the ice cream shop! We got married at the town hall which again was so beautiful and special. The town garden was near the wedding venue which again made it ideal for walking in heels!! it was as they say perfect.

Viareggio was a perfect stop on our italy tour.

Viareggio was a perfect stop on our italy tour. A beautiful town, suburban, lovely big park in centre with plenty for kids to do in the summer. Gorgeous wide promenade with lovely shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars. Seriously picturesque town. Beach is huge, clean and incredible. It's also only 15 mins to Pisa and over an hour to Florence on train so great stop to explore. Loved Viareggio and would love to come back. Also very reasonably priced for food and drink. Loved Irenes place on the beach for delish cocktails watching the sun go down.
