All the staff is very informed also about the area and makes time to chat and give you tips and recommendations. The room is very large and with a beautiful view. The spa is great with various options. The hotel staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable. The food is great, the breakfast and dinner are high quality with fresh ingredients. Everything is home made and you can feel that the staff cares about the local produce and sustainability. Also our dog was warmly welcomed. The best hotel we stayed at and we are frequent travelers! Food, peace, serenity and access to the outdoors. They have an incredible hiking room with all maps, books, etc. Easy to get around without a car as well. Bus passes to use during your stay (if you can get yourself to leave the wellness area) I highly recommend the nightly dinners. Everything is sourced locally and the menu changes daily. I had been in hotel on middle of July where temperature as average 23 Celsius on day & 15 Celsius as average on night .
