It is a very charming hotel situated in lovely place facing river and historical Borghetto. We booked the hotel as it had great reviews and very nice pictures and were not disappointed. Everything worked really well there- personnel was helpful and friendly, food was great, rooms- spacious, modern with great views, hotel area simply beautiful. We learned that hotel is actually recently renovated 13th century customs building and it is extremely successful combination of old and new- amazing renovation effort! We also tried some SPA treatments and massages were one of the best we ever had- can definitely recommend it. Also area offers a lot so it was never boring. Fantastic place to spend your time and relax. We plan to come back!

I recently stayed at Ca’ di Dio in Venice and was thoroughly impressed. I was kindly upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise! The room was beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered, offering amenities I haven’t encountered even in other five-star establishments. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The staff, both at the reception and the bar, were incredibly kind and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Grazie Matteo and the whole team! The hotel’s ambiance is enriched by authentic historical paintings and statues, creating a unique atmosphere. Its location by the river offers a great view and is conveniently situated right in front of the Arsenale vaporetto stop. It’s also very close to the Doge’s Palace, though perhaps a bit farther from the city center. During my January stay, I noticed that after 9 PM, the streets in the immediate neighborhood were quite empty, and it was challenging to find open places to dine or have drinks. This might not be the case during the summer months. I had hoped to visit the spa but couldn’t find the time. I would love to return and experience more of what this exceptional hotel has to offer.

The property was excellent. It had all the facilities and their private beach was close enough and also had plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. The swimming pool area “Solarium” was excellent, It was super big so the pool never seem crowded. The restaurant was also very nice and the food quality and variety were both nice. The staff were super nice and very helpful! It was a great place and if given an opportunity we would love to come back 😎

It’s a fantastic location right on the beach and in the heart of Lido de Jesolo with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. Because of the big parking lot that separates the hotel from the street you don’t hear the noise and it’s nice and quiet. The staff is really helpful and nice and took great care of my family. The hotel also provides bikes free of charge to explore the area.

Although you must ditch your car, ride a noisy Vaporetto and haul your luggage over bridges, the inconvenience is so worth it. There is no other city like Venice, with its numerous canals, old buildings coated in subtle pastels, alleys, piazzas and bridges....quaint, charming, and immersed in layers of history. Let yourself be immersed in the rich culture as you explore medieval cathedrals, grand palaces, and fascinating museums. And don't be afraid to wander away from St. Marks and other crowded sites to get a true feeling for life in this city on water. One hidden gem is San Giorgio Maggiore, a short ferry ride from St. Marks, but with a beautiful church and old monastery, plus a bell tower with spectacular views. All this being said, I would not recommend Venice to people with small children or with mobility issues.

Verona has the Arena which is unique and a very popular annual opera festival. A pizzeria call Vesuvio was nearby which had the best pizza I have ever eaten. We walked most of the time as it was hard to get information on bus routes. There are private bus tours available for places like Valpolicella which has lots of wine related visits.

Caorle is absolutely charming, a beautiful old Venetian town with colorful houses, winding streets, and a unique atmosphere that feels both authentic and relaxed. I have the impression that the town has lost so many of its services - supermarkets, fruit and veg shops, delis - and the permanent citizens of Peschiera have put their efforts into restaurants, bars and shops. It is a very pretty town but I feel it is not a real town but a tourist town. In high season the ferries are frequent to visit towns around the lake. The bus service in the area functions but is crowded due to the huge number of tourists.
