All staff, especially the front desk staff, were kind and professional. The room was spacious with balcony. We were able to enjoy the sunset at the Dead Sea from the room, which was excellent. It has many pools. One pool has a water slide. You can walk down to the Dead Sea. There was a staff member tending guests. Although we didn't enjoy the mud pack since it was a bit cold, but you can enjoy it if the weather is warm enough.

Me and my fiancé celebrated our engagement. On our last day/night in Jordan we decided to stay at this hotel by the Dead Sea. Beautiful view from our room! The manager and the receptionists were very kind and we felt welcomed and valued by them. The waiters were kind and polite in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is buffet type, very delicious and fresh! The hotel has a private beach and a pool as well. Other 2 pools are under construction. We will always remember how great we felt at this hotel! Thank you for the wonderful staff and the manager for the great time!

Amazing in every aspect. Super clean and convienent, every thing you need is a available. The staff are friendly and respectful. Huge TV, Great Sound system that works great with Spotify premium, excellent AC, excellent WiFi. Bathroom are clean and water pressure is very good. Fresh towels for pool, shower and hand towels. Location: close to Amman (30 mins), 5-10 mins away from the dead sea, pharmacies, some restaurants. Outdoor area has grills, a great and very clear pool. Seating area everywhere. Great night lighting. The people who did this know what they were doing at every turn. Overall, I travelled a lot, and this is one of the best stays ever. Thanks Ramy, Ashraf and the staff. We stayed in September 2023, a family of 4. Note: make sure you have 100 JOD (Around $ 150) as Cash for deposit. They will return it before you leave. But you need it in cash

This is an amazing Vila with magnificent views of the Dead Sea. The staff was superb and we had an amazing dinner there. They answered our every request and even went out to get us a dessert we wanted! There are 3 large bedrooms each with its own private bath and is perfect for 3 couples. We only wished we had booked more than one night.
