There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. We stayed here for two nights in August 2024. It's a small, family run cottage. The rooms are small and there is a steep ladder up to the sleeping area, but it has everything that you need. Yes, there's no TV, but you probably won't need it anyway. Breakfast was delicious and plenty, with fresh coffee. Laundry available. We had a great time watching squirrels with the owner and were received very warmly!

I booked this room because of the view of Mt.Yotei and full equipment like an apartment but overall service from the hotel was also flawless.

The lodge also houses a games room, drinks vending machines and free parking. Fantastic lodge with a great atmosphere, delicious breakfast, cosy bar and really helpful and fun staff. A very memorable Christmas and the skiing was awesome.

Delicately prepared Japanese meals are offered. Everything of this ryokan (quality room, great food, attentive service) has been to me perfect. In particular, I enjoy the onsen and like the history and tradition of the ryokan.

There is a restaurant serving French cuisine, and free private parking is available. The hotel is very comfortable, right on the sea. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our dinner was exceptional— beautifully presented and innovative. Highly recommended.
