The staff were very accommodating and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the hotel is near Kawasaki station, so it wasn’t hard for us to get from one place to another. There are a lot of convenience stores near the hotel, like 7-Eleven and Family Mart. If you want to do some shopping, there’s a mall in front of the hotel, Lazona Kawasaki Plaza. I’d recommend this hotel. Would like to go back again 😊

The hotel was clean, new and the staff was wonderful. The front desk staff, breakfast/restaurant staff were all so friendly and helpful and all went above and beyond. My parents room was upgraded and they had a perfect view of the ship my grandmother traveled to America on in 1958. It was truly magical.

    The hotel was definitely older but clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave our kids some lollies when we arrived. The buffet dinner was amazing with lots of options and quality food. The sushi was fabulous and the kids loved the warm chocolate sauce with ice-cream and chocolate cake. The onsens were great and it was fabulous having the use of another hotel's onsen with both inside and outside onsens. We loved the traditional rooms, gowns and Japanese beds. The views were lovely too with all the greenery plus we could hear a waterfall.

    The place is Amazing and the staff we're very nice. Breakfast and Dinner are so good and delicious . The Onsen is very nice,because they close at late time(24:00) and open early (5:00am) so you can soak before bed and in the morning before breakfast .     If you enjoy transportation adventures, Hakone is the place...

    If you enjoy transportation adventures, Hakone is the place for you! In one day with the Free Pass you can take the mountain train from Hakone-Yumoto up to the funicular (which they call a cable car) and then there are two cable cars (they call them ropeways) that you take up to smokin' (literally) Mt. Hakone and then down to the lake and from there you can take a ship across and if you like roller coaster rides, take the K bus back to Hakone--11 switch backs at breakneck speed! There are also onsen nearby and lots of tourist shops with a variety of local specialties. Really fun and highly recommended! Oh, and if you like art, definitely pit stop at the Open Air museum. V. kid-friendly and also great to explore for a couple hours or a whole day if you can spare it!

    We were attending a event in Kawasaki so that is why we stayed there. We didn't really do much sight-seeing in Kawasaki. We liked that the city was only a short train ride to many other cities like downtown Toyko and Yokohama. We enjoyed the many shopping and restaurants around Kawasaki Station.

    Very nice views and calm vacation vibe. We enjoyed swimming in the sea and watching surfers every day. Easy to get to beautiful temples nearby and Enoshima. We would like to come again and stay for longer time

    It might not be for everyone, have to take one stop to Ofuna...

    It might not be for everyone, have to take one stop to Ofuna to transfer to other JR lines but very convenient visiting Kamakura and Enoshima. Plenty of stores around Fujusawa station for shopping. Airport bus to Narita and Haneda airports, although schedules not as frequent as pre-COVID check in advance.

    If you are planning to do a trip to Hakone, I think it is smarter to stay in Odawara than in Hakone-Yamoto. Odawara is a small town, but it has bars, restaurants, and is much more alive at night. Yes, you lose 20-30 min daily for your Hakone trip, but it is compensated with a wider variety of restaurants and bars. Also, the Castle is impressive, and the beach is relaxing!

    Our stay was excellent for me, location is near to public transportation (train) good restaurants are walkable and convinient stores too. The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean. Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.

    Atsugi is a lovely smaller town & I was fortunate to be there during their festival weekend, fireworks included. The people are incredible friendly & helpful. If you hire a car & able to drive up into the mountains well worth it. It’s not as busy & not as many European travelers being off the beaten track.definitely a slower lifestyle great food experience.

    Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit. There’s something for everyone whether you’re a nature lover or a city lover you’ll find something to do. During my visit. I went to kanonzaki park by bus and it was the highlight of my trip. It’s my second time visiting Yokosuka and can’t wait to go there again.

    Chigasaki in February is awesome if you love the ocean, whether it's for surfing or just walking along the beach. Nice bicycle path along the coast to Enoshima! Lot's of small great restaurants with very reasonable pricing! Great train connection to Tokyo (1hour).
