I’m visiting Japan for 2 weeks only so I have only booked one night! I never wanted to leave! Everything was well taken care of! The staff were amazing and they made you feel like home! I was reluctant to book the dinner because it was specified it was Italian style, however, I couldn’t be happier I actually had my dinner there! I would specifically recommend the spaghetti with Japanese clams and bamboo! This dish was mind blowing! It was Italian but with a creative Japanese twist that made each dish unique and delicious! The staff was always there to help but also you had your privacy! It is up in the mountains and very private which is what I was looking for! I had a room with a private onsen and it was simply amazing! I would highly recommend booking a room here! I was actually walking up the mountain from the bus stop and one of the hotel staff saw me on the road with my luggage and stopped his car and helped me get there the rest of the way! He was so mind and thoughtful, and I will remember this forever! They go above and beyond for their guests and I can’t wait to go there again on my next Japan visit!

The complimentary drinks were all delicious, and the quality of the meat and vegetables was top-notch. The ravioli and sausages for breakfast were also exquisite. Lounge: We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the interior and the art displayed. The books and photographs provided great conversation starters, and the alcohol flowed, making for a delightful time. Sky Spa: The atmosphere of the open-air jacuzzi was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view.

It has elegant rooms, a swimming pool and 9 dining options including a lounge on the top floor of the hotel. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Narita International Airport is either a 40-minute bus ride away from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station, or 60-minutes by train. First off is the ease of getting there by bus from Narita or Haneda. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Second is the location, it is directly connected to Makuhari Messe by a walk way and short walk to a few malls and restaurants. 3rd is the hotel is clean and the facility and amenities is great. There are a few restaurants and a 24 hr Lawson’s convenience store within the hotel.

Offering spacious rooms with ocean or Disney Resort views, it features 5 restaurants and indoor and outdoor pools. Front desk was very responsive! They upgraded my stay, kept me informed of shuttle timings, gave me access to the garden pool and also helped me with luggage storage until departure. The staff also guided us how to get some shopping done on the flday of departure, using their free shuttle to and from Maihama statation where there’s a mall.
