As many have mentioned, the rooms have a fake decoration window that lets a lot of light inside. The staff promptly helped us cover the window. The design of the room is also great. You have a separate toilet and sink from the shower.

The onsen were beautiful, clean and very well laid out. The parking at the front was convenient and the views of the ocean are incredible.

Everything was just as advertised, if not better. The room was absolutely gorgeous with all the amenities you could hope for including coffee, snacks, drinks and luxury hair- and skincare products. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get back up. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, every course was explained in detail with instructions on how to best enjoy each dish. Since the food depends on the season so much, I would love to come back at a warmer time of year one day to see the difference. In addition to the shared onsen and the one on the balcony, you can also book a time slot for a private outdoor bath. They also have the option to book a massage, which was wonderful after traveling for two weeks and carrying a backpack the entire time. If I get the opportunity to come back, I would love to stay for two nights in order to fully enjoy everything.
