- From $149.46 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 628 reviewsI came as a solo female traveller. With 1 large hiking bag pack and a smaller day pack. 1.53m tall. Cleanliness - very clean! Considering I am quite particular about cleanliness, I was not expecting too much given the shared shower and washroom area, but the staff clean the place daily and there is a washing machine and dryer with detergent and softener provided! There are 2 showers so there was no queue for the bath times. Staff - super friendly and helpful, some of the ladies speak English as well (I think it is an all female staff group as I did not notice any male staff when I was there). Being a solo female traveller I felt safe in this area and will strongly recommend this place for solo female guests. Room - I took the room 'A' closest to the dining area and common sink /toilet. I was expecting it to be every noisy but the staff close the dinning area by 8pm and it is quiet after that. I am a deep sleeper so I can sleep through most noise and had a restful sleep- was very surprised that the windows have double glaze as well , it was exceptionally quiet given that the accommodation is right in front of the main road with big trucks or vans going by. I am a big fan of morning views by the sea and the window from the room gave me just that! Breakfast was also very good and nutritious! Shower - Standing shower (usual shower head and additional rain shower option) with nice natural hair shampoo conditioner body wash facial cleanser provided. There is a basket of clean floor mats for use everytime you shower which you can put in the laundry basket outside immediately after. Very hygienic. Overall for the price I will definitely come back here again! 11/10 stars. Wifi works well.Guest review byMichelleSingapore

The bed was big and comfy. The shampoo and body wash was lovely lemongrass. Lots of good places to eat closeby. There are bikes and surfboards if you need to use one. Thank you for everything!Guest review byLorraineUnited States

It might not be for everyone, have to take one stop to Ofuna to transfer to other JR lines but very convenient visiting Kamakura and Enoshima. Plenty of stores around Fujusawa station for shopping. Airport bus to Narita and Haneda airports, although schedules not as frequent as pre-COVID check in advance.Guest review byLove to travelCanada - 10.0
Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit.
Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit. There’s something for everyone whether you’re a nature lover or a city lover you’ll find something to do. During my visit. I went to kanonzaki park by bus and it was the highlight of my trip. It’s my second time visiting Yokosuka and can’t wait to go there again.Guest review byZJapan - 10.0
We loved our stay in Zushi and hope to return.
We loved our stay in Zushi and hope to return. The beach was beautiful and the location was excellent. Views of Mt. Fuji from the beach were wonderful. It was countryside compared to where we live, but still convenient with stores and restaurants walking distance away. It was a little too loud in the evenings for a family with children. But we definitely hope to visit again.Guest review byJMVan77United States - 10.0

It’s a small city, yet popular with tourists thanks to its blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. While some spots can get quite crowded, those who enjoy hiking can escape the crowds by booking a local guide and exploring the mountain trails. These paths lead to hidden shrines and temples, offering not only a peaceful atmosphere but also stunning views.Guest review byYangyangIndonesia - 10.0

Fujisawa is wonderful and relaxed, and we come here at least 3 times per year to get away from the city. It's so nice to be able to come and NOT rush, which is why we now always stay overnight. Otherwise it's too stressful to do and see things and then get back on a train to go home on the same day. There ARE vegetarian and vegan-friendly places, but you have to find them. Use Happy Cow or another search engine to research before you come. Otherwise you'll be eating dinner at a convenience store (which isn't awful). Also, there aren't many places to eat breakfast unless you're ok with just a bakery.Guest review byGina-MarieJapan - 10.0
Yokosuka is a great place to visit.
Yokosuka is a great place to visit. There’s a fun activity for everyone. The people are nice , friendly and simple full of life. It’s an international city with a melting pot of different nationalities. My favourite place was kanonzaki park which is easily accessible by car/ bus.Guest review byZJapan - 10.0

One week was the perfect way to enjoy the town and explore temples and shrines...and cute cafes! We recommend taking a walking tour to get a feel for the town and learn temple etiquette, etc.. In addition, we tried a few experiences - kintsugi golden joinery, woodcarving, and indigo dyeing. It was wonderful to meet the artisans and work with them (even though we are not terribly artistic!). Kamakura never fails when it comes to food - especially Japanese and Italian restaurants, and gelato!Guest review byMarianJapan - 10.0
Fujisawa is a beautiful city.
Fujisawa is a beautiful city. There’s something for everyone to enjoy whether you’re a city lover or a nature lover, you’ll find something fun and interesting to do. It’s not too far from Enoshima which is a great thing, it means you can access the beach by train in 10 minutesGuest review byZJapan
